ਅੱਜ ਦਿਨ ਤੀਕ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਪਹਿਲੀਆਂ ਰੀਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਹੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਯਾਕੂਬ ਦੀ ਔਲਾਦ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸਦਾ ਨਾਉਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਸੀ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਸਨ।
