ਤਦ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀ ਬੜੇ ਕਸ਼ਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਨ, ਦੋਵੇਂ, ਨੌਕਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਾਦ ਆਦਮੀ, ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਕੋਈ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦਾ।
