ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀ ਇੱਕ ਲਾਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਅ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਜੱਥਾ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਸੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਲਦੀ ’ਚ ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਅਲੀਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਕਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਅਲੀਸ਼ਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਕੇ ਛੋਹਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਜਿਉਂ ਪਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਖੜ ਗਿਆ।

ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀ ਇੱਕ ਲਾਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਅ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਜੱਥਾ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਸੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਲਦੀ ’ਚ ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਅਲੀਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਕਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਅਲੀਸ਼ਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਕੇ ਛੋਹਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਜਿਉਂ ਪਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਖੜ ਗਿਆ।
