ਦਾਊਦ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਅਖੀਰ ਤੀਕ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨਾਮਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਬਿਰਤਾਂਤ, ਨਬੀ ਸਮੂਏਲ ਦੀ ਪੋਥੀ ਵਿੱਚ, ਨਾਥਾਨ ਨਬੀ ਦੀ ਪੋਥੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਨਬੀ ਗਦ ਦੀ ਪੋਥੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
