בְרִיתִ֣י, עֲלֵי

that But unto the	וְלָ֤רָשָׁ֨ע׀	wĕlārāšāʿ	veh-LA-ra-SHA
wicked	אָ֘מַ֤ר	ʾāmar	AH-MAHR
saith,	אֱלֹהִ֗ים	ʾĕlōhîm	ay-loh-HEEM
God	מַה	ma	ma
What declare to do to thou	לְּ֭ךָ	lĕkā	LEH-ha
hast my	לְסַפֵּ֣ר	lĕsappēr	leh-sa-PARE
statutes, take shouldest thou or	חֻקָּ֑י	ḥuqqāy	hoo-KAI
my covenant	וַתִּשָּׂ֖א	wattiśśāʾ	va-tee-SA
in	בְרִיתִ֣י	bĕrîtî	veh-ree-TEE
thy mouth?	עֲלֵי	ʿălê	uh-LAY
