Psalm 36 in Tamil

1 துன்மார்க்கனுடைய துரோகப்பேச்சு என் உள்ளத்திற்குத் தெரியும்; அவன் கண்களுக்குமுன் தெய்வபயம் இல்லை. The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart, that there is no fear of God before his eyes.

2 அவன் தன் அக்கிரமம் அருவருப்பானதென்று காணப்படுமளவும், தன்பார்வைக்கேற்றபடி தனக்குத்தானே இச்சகம் பேசுகிறான். For he flattereth himself in his own eyes, until his iniquity be found to be hateful.

3 அவன் வாயின் வார்த்தைகள் அக்கிரமமும் வஞ்சகமுமுள்ளது; புத்தியாய் நடந்துகொள்வதையும் நன்மைசெய்வதையும் விட்டுவிட்டான். The words of his mouth are iniquity and deceit: he hath left off to be wise, and to do good.

4 அவன் தன் படுக்கையின்மேல் அக்கிரமத்தை யோசித்து, நல்லதல்லாத வழியிலே நிலைத்து, பொல்லாப்பை வெறுக்காதிருக்கிறான். He deviseth mischief upon his bed; he setteth himself in a way that is not good; he abhorreth not evil.

5 கர்த்தாவே, உமது கிருபை வானங்களில் விளங்குகிறது; உமது சத்தியம் மேகமண்டலங்கள் பரியந்தம் எட்டுகிறது. Thy mercy, O LORD, is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds.

6 உமது நீதி மகத்தான பர்வதங்கள்போலவும், உமது நியாயங்கள் மகா ஆழமாகவும் இருக்கிறது; கர்த்தாவே, மனுஷரையும் மிருகங்களையும் காப்பாற்றுகிறீர். Thy righteousness is like the great mountains; thy judgments are a great deep: O LORD, thou preservest man and beast.

7 தேவனே, உம்முடைய கிருபை எவ்வளவு அருமையானது! அதினால் மனுபுத்திரர் உமது செட்டைகளின் நிழலிலே வந்தடைகிறார்கள். How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings.

8 உமது ஆலயத்திலுள்ள சம்பூரணத்தினால் திருப்தியடைவார்கள்; உமது பேரின்ப நதியினால் அவர்கள் தாகத்தைத் தீர்க்கிறீர். They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures.

9 ஜீவஊற்று உம்மிடத்தில் இருக்கிறது; உம்முடைய வெளிச்சத்திலே வெளிச்சம் காண்கிறோம். For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light.

10 உம்மை அறிந்தவர்கள்மேல் உமது கிருபையையும், செம்மையான இருதயமுள்ளவர்கள்மேல் உமது நீதியையும் பாராட்டியருளும். O continue thy lovingkindness unto them that know thee; and thy righteousness to the upright in heart.

11 பெருமைக்காரரின் கால் என்மேல்வராமலும், துன்மார்க்கருடைய கை என்னைப் பறக்கடியாமலும் இருப்பதாக. Let not the foot of pride come against me, and let not the hand of the wicked remove me.

12 அதோ அக்கிரமக்காரர் விழுந்தார்கள்; எழுந்திருக்கமாட்டாமல் தள்ளுண்டுபோனார்கள். There are the workers of iniquity fallen: they are cast down, and shall not be able to rise.

1 Thunmaarkkanutaiya thurokappaechchu en ullaththirkuth theriyum; avan kannkalukkumun theyvapayam illai. The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart, that there is no fear of God before his eyes.

2 Avan than akkiramam aruvaruppaanathentu kaanappadumalavum, thanpaarvaikkaettapati thanakkuththaanae ichchakam paesukiraan. For he flattereth himself in his own eyes, until his iniquity be found to be hateful.

3 Avan vaayin vaarththaikal akkiramamum vanjakamumullathu; puththiyaay nadanthukolvathaiyum nanmaiseyvathaiyum vittuvittan. The words of his mouth are iniquity and deceit: he hath left off to be wise, and to do good.

4 Avan than padukkaiyinmael akkiramaththai yosiththu, nallathallaatha valiyilae nilaiththu, pollaappai veraுkkaathirukkiraan. He deviseth mischief upon his bed; he setteth himself in a way that is not good; he abhorreth not evil.

5 Karththaavae, umathu kirupai vaanangalil vilangukirathu; umathu saththiyam maekamanndalangal pariyantham ettukirathu. Thy mercy, O LORD, is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds.

6 Umathu neethi makaththaana parvathangalpolavum, umathu niyaayangal makaa aalamaakavum irukkirathu; karththaavae, manusharaiyum mirukangalaiyum kaappaattaுkireer. Thy righteousness is like the great mountains; thy judgments are a great deep: O LORD, thou preservest man and beast.

7 Thaevanae, ummutaiya kirupai evvalavu arumaiyaanathu! Athinaal manupuththirar umathu settaைkalin nilalilae vanthataikiraarkal. How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings.

8 Umathu aalayaththilulla sampooranaththinaal thirupthiyataivaarkal; umathu paerinpa nathiyinaal avarkal thaakaththaith theerkkireer. They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures.

9 Jeevaoottaு ummidaththil irukkirathu; ummutaiya velichchaththilae velichcham kaannkirom. For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light.

10 Ummai arinthavarkalmael umathu kirupaiyaiyum, semmaiyaana iruthayamullavarkalmael umathu neethiyaiyum paaraattiyarulum. O continue thy lovingkindness unto them that know thee; and thy righteousness to the upright in heart.

11 Perumaikkaararin kaal enmaelvaraamalum, thunmaarkkarutaiya kai ennaip parakkatiyaamalum iruppathaaka. Let not the foot of pride come against me, and let not the hand of the wicked remove me.

12 Atho akkiramakkaarar vilunthaarkal; elunthirukkamaattamal thallunnduponaarkal. There are the workers of iniquity fallen: they are cast down, and shall not be able to rise.
