ଏହାପରେ ରାଜା ହିଲ୍କିଯ, ଶାଫନ୍ଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ର ଅହୀକାମ୍, ମୀଖାଯଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ର ଅବ୍ଦୋନ, ସଚିବ ଶାଫନ୍ ଓ ଭୃତ୍ଯ ଆସାଯଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ଆଦେଶ ଦେଲେ। ରାଜା କହିଲେ,
