Proverbs 7:23
ଯମେିତି ପକ୍ଷୀଟିଏ ଶିକାରୀ ତୀର ଦ୍ବାରା, ତା'ର ଛାତିକୁ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ଯଭଦେ କରୁଛି, ତାହା ଜାଣିପାରି ନ ଥାଏ।। ଠିକ୍ ସହେିପରି ସେ ୟୁବପୁରୁଷ ବିପଦ ରେ ଅଛି ବୋଲି ଜାଣି ନ ପାରି ସେ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀର ଜାଲ ଭିତରକୁ ଯାଉଅଛି।

ପକ୍ଷୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧରିବା ପାଇଁ ଲୋକମାନେ ଜାଲ ବିଛାଇ ଥାନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ କୌଣସି ପକ୍ଷୀ ଆଗ ରେ ଜାଲ ବିଛାଇବା ବ୍ଯର୍ଥ ଅଟେ।

ସହେି ମୂର୍ଖ ଲୋକମାନେ ଜାଣନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ ଯେ ମୃତ ପ୍ ରତାେତ୍ମା ତା'ର ଗୃହ ରେ ଅଛି ବୋଲି, ଏବଂ ତା'ର ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରିତଗଣ ପାତାଳର ଗଭୀର ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି।
