କୌଣସି ନାରୀ ୟିଏ ନିଜର ପିତୃ ଅଧିକାର ପାଇଛି, ତା'ର ନିଜ ପିତୃ ପରିବାରବର୍ଗର କୌଣସି ଏକ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ବିବାହ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍, ତାହାହେଲେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଆପଣା ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀଯ ପରିବାରବର୍ଗଙ୍କ ଅଧିକାର ଭୋଗ କରିବେ।
