ତେଣୁ କୃଷକମାନେ ମାଲିକର ପୁଅକୁ ଜୀବନ ରେ ମାରି ଦେଲେ ଓ ଜମି ବାହାରକୁ ଫିଙ୍ଗି ଦେଲେ।

ଲୋକଟି ପାଖ ରେ କୃଷକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ପାଠାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଆଉ ଜଣେ ମାତ୍ର ବାକି ଥିଲା। ସେ ଜଣକ ତାହାର ପୁଅ। ସହେି ଲୋକଟି ପୁଅକୁ ଖୁବ୍ ଭଲ ପାଉଥିଲା। କିନ୍ତୁ ସେ କୃଷକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ପୁଅକୁ ପଠାଇବାକୁ ସ୍ଥିର କଲା। କାରଣ କୃଷକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ପଠାଇବା ପାଇଁ ପୁଅ ହିଁ ଶଷେ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଥିଲା। ସେ କହିଲା, 'କୃଷକମାନେ ମାରେ ପୁଅକୁ ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ସମ୍ମାନ ଦବେେ।'
