ଦାନ୍ ନଗରଠାରୁ ତାହାର ଅଶ୍ବଗଣର ନାସିକା ଧ୍ବନି ଶୁଣା ଯାଉଅଛି। ତାହାର କନିଷ୍ଠ ଅଶ୍ବଗଣର ହିଁ ହିଁ ଶବ୍ଦ ରେ ସମୁଦାଯ ଦେଶ କିତ ହେଉଅଛି। କାରଣ ସମାନେେ ଆସିଛନ୍ତି, ଆଉ ଦେଶ ଓ ତନ୍ମଧ୍ଯସ୍ଥିତ ସକଳ ନଗର ଓ ତଦନ୍ନିବାସୀଗଣକୁ ଗ୍ରାସ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।

ଏହା ଭଲ କି ମନ୍ଦ କୌଣସି ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ନ କରି ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଭୋଜନ କର। କିନ୍ତୁ ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜଣେ କୁ ହେ : ଏହି ଖାଦ୍ୟ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗୀକୃତ ହାଇେଛି। ତାହାହେଲେ ସେ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଖାଅ ନାହିଁ। ପ୍ରଥମ କାରଣ ହେଲା, ୟିଏ ଏହା କହିଛି ତା'ର ବିଶ୍ବାସକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଆଘାତ ନ ଦବୋ ପାଇଁ ଖାଅ ନାହିଁ ଓ ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ କାରଣ ହେଲା ଏହି ମାଂସ ବା ପ୍ରସାଦ ଖାଇବା ଅନୁଚିତ ବୋଲି କେତକେ ମତ ଦିଅନ୍ତି।

ସମାନେେ ଧାବମାନ ଅଶ୍ବଗଣର ଖୁରା ଶବ୍ଦ, ରଥସମୂହର ଚାଳନା ଶବ୍ଦ ଓ ଚକ୍ରର ଘର୍ଘର ଶବ୍ଦ ଶୁଣିବେ। ପିତୃଗଣ ଏତେ ଦୁର୍ବଳ ହବେେ ଯେ ସମାନେେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ।

ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା କୋପ ଢ଼ାଳୁଅଛ, ତବେେ ଅନ୍ୟଦେଶୀଯମାନଙ୍କ ଉପ ରେ ଢ଼ାଳିଦିଅ। କାରଣ ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଜାଣନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ କି ତୁମ୍ଭ ନାମ ରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ସମାନେେ ଯାକୁବକୁ ଗ୍ରାସ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ସମାନେେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ବଂଶକୁ ବିନାଶ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ତାହାର ବାସସ୍ଥାନ ଉଚ୍ଛନ୍ନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ସମାନେେ ଧନୁ ଓ ବର୍ଚ୍ଛା ଧରନ୍ତି, ସମାନେେ ନିଷ୍ଠୁର ଓ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦଯ। ସମାନେେ ସମୁଦ୍ର ପରି ଗର୍ଜନ କରନ୍ତି। ଆଉ ସମାନେେ ଅଶ୍ବାରୋହଣ କରନ୍ତି। ଆଗୋ ସିୟୋନର କନ୍ଯା, ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ୟୁଦ୍ଧ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଯୋଦ୍ଧା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହେଉଅଛନ୍ତି।

ଏଣୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ଏକତ୍ରୀତ ହେଲେ। ସମାନେେ ସମସ୍ତେ ମିସ୍ପୀ ରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠା ରେ ଏକତ୍ରୀତ ହେଲେ। ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟମାନେ ଦାନଠାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ବରେଶବୋ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଓ ଗିଲିଯଦଠାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ମଧ୍ଯ ଆସିଲେ।
