בָּעֵ֤ת the ba-ATE הַהִיא֙ same ha-HEE נְאֻם time, neh-OOM יְהוָ֔ה saith yeh-VA אֶֽהְיֶה֙ the eh-heh-YEH לֵֽאלֹהִ֔ים Lord, lay-loh-HEEM לְכֹ֖ל will leh-HOLE מִשְׁפְּח֣וֹת I meesh-peh-HOTE יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל be yees-ra-ALE וְהֵ֖מָּה the veh-HAY-ma יִֽהְיוּ God YEE-heh-yoo לִ֥י of lee לְעָֽם׃ all leh-AM -
כֹּ֚ה saith koh אָמַ֣ר the ah-MAHR יְהוָ֔ה Lord, yeh-VA מָצָ֥א The ma-TSA חֵן֙ people hane בַּמִּדְבָּ֔ר which ba-meed-BAHR עַ֖ם were am שְׂרִ֣ידֵי left seh-REE-day חָ֑רֶב of HA-rev הָל֥וֹךְ the ha-LOKE לְהַרְגִּיע֖וֹ sword leh-hahr-ɡee-OH יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ found yees-ra-ALE -
מֵרָח֕וֹק Lord may-ra-HOKE יְהוָ֖ה hath yeh-VA נִרְאָ֣ה appeared neer-AH לִ֑י of lee וְאַהֲבַ֤ת old veh-ah-huh-VAHT עוֹלָם֙ unto oh-LAHM אֲהַבְתִּ֔יךְ me, uh-hahv-TEEK עַל saying, al כֵּ֖ן Yea, kane מְשַׁכְתִּ֥יךְ I meh-shahk-TEEK חָֽסֶד׃ have HA-sed -
ע֤וֹד I ode אֶבְנֵךְ֙ will ev-nake וְֽנִבְנֵ֔ית build veh-neev-NATE בְּתוּלַ֖ת thee, beh-too-LAHT יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל and yees-ra-ALE ע֚וֹד thou ode תַּעְדִּ֣י shalt ta-DEE תֻפַּ֔יִךְ be too-PA-yeek וְיָצָ֖את built, veh-ya-TSAHT בִּמְח֥וֹל O beem-HOLE מְשַׂחֲקִֽים׃ virgin meh-sa-huh-KEEM -
ע֚וֹד shalt ode תִּטְּעִ֣י yet tee-teh-EE כְרָמִ֔ים plant heh-ra-MEEM בְּהָרֵ֖י vines beh-ha-RAY שֹֽׁמְר֑וֹן upon shoh-meh-RONE נָטְע֥וּ the note-OO נֹטְעִ֖ים mountains noh-teh-EEM וְחִלֵּֽלוּ׃ of veh-hee-lay-LOO -
כִּ֣י there kee יֶשׁ shall yesh י֔וֹם be yome קָרְא֥וּ a kore-OO נֹצְרִ֖ים day, noh-tseh-REEM בְּהַ֣ר that beh-HAHR אֶפְרָ֑יִם the ef-RA-yeem ק֚וּמוּ watchmen KOO-moo וְנַעֲלֶ֣ה upon veh-na-uh-LEH צִיּ֔וֹן the TSEE-yone אֶל mount el יְהוָ֖ה Ephraim yeh-VA אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃ shall ay-loh-HAY-noo -
כִּי thus kee כֹ֣ה׀ saith hoh אָמַ֣ר the ah-MAHR יְהוָ֗ה Lord; yeh-VA רָנּ֤וּ Sing RA-noo לְיַֽעֲקֹב֙ with leh-ya-uh-KOVE שִׂמְחָ֔ה gladness seem-HA וְצַהֲל֖וּ for veh-tsa-huh-LOO בְּרֹ֣אשׁ Jacob, beh-ROHSH הַגּוֹיִ֑ם and ha-ɡoh-YEEM הַשְׁמִ֤יעוּ shout hahsh-MEE-oo הַֽלְלוּ֙ among hahl-LOO וְאִמְר֔וּ the veh-eem-ROO הוֹשַׁ֤ע chief hoh-SHA יְהוָה֙ of yeh-VA אֶֽת the et עַמְּךָ֔ nations: ah-meh-HA אֵ֖ת publish ate שְׁאֵרִ֥ית ye, sheh-ay-REET יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ praise yees-ra-ALE -
הִנְנִי֩ I heen-NEE מֵבִ֨יא will may-VEE אוֹתָ֜ם bring oh-TAHM מֵאֶ֣רֶץ them may-EH-rets צָפ֗וֹן from tsa-FONE וְקִבַּצְתִּים֮ the veh-kee-bahts-TEEM מִיַּרְכְּתֵי north mee-yahr-keh-TAY אָרֶץ֒ country, ah-RETS בָּ֚ם and bahm עִוֵּ֣ר gather ee-WARE וּפִסֵּ֔חַ them oo-fee-SAY-ak הָרָ֥ה from ha-RA וְיֹלֶ֖דֶת the veh-yoh-LEH-det יַחְדָּ֑ו coasts yahk-DAHV קָהָ֥ל of ka-HAHL גָּד֖וֹל the ɡa-DOLE יָשׁ֥וּבוּ earth, ya-SHOO-voo הֵֽנָּה׃ and HAY-na -
בִּבְכִ֣י shall beev-HEE יָבֹ֗אוּ come ya-VOH-oo וּֽבְתַחֲנוּנִים֮ with oo-veh-ta-huh-noo-NEEM אֽוֹבִילֵם֒ weeping, oh-vee-LAME אֽוֹלִיכֵם֙ and oh-lee-HAME אֶל with el נַ֣חֲלֵי supplications NA-huh-lay מַ֔יִם will MA-yeem בְּדֶ֣רֶךְ I beh-DEH-rek יָשָׁ֔ר lead ya-SHAHR לֹ֥א them: loh יִכָּשְׁל֖וּ I yee-kohsh-LOO בָּ֑הּ will ba כִּֽי cause kee הָיִ֤יתִי them ha-YEE-tee לְיִשְׂרָאֵל֙ to leh-yees-ra-ALE לְאָ֔ב walk leh-AV וְאֶפְרַ֖יִם by veh-ef-RA-yeem בְּכֹ֥רִי the beh-HOH-ree הֽוּא׃ rivers hoo -

וְרִוֵּיתִ֛י I veh-ree-way-TEE נֶ֥פֶשׁ will NEH-fesh הַכֹּהֲנִ֖ים satiate ha-koh-huh-NEEM דָּ֑שֶׁן the DA-shen וְעַמִּ֛י soul veh-ah-MEE אֶת of et טוּבִ֥י the too-VEE יִשְׂבָּ֖עוּ priests yees-BA-oo נְאֻם with neh-OOM יְהוָֽה׃ fatness, yeh-VA -
כֹּ֣ה׀ saith koh אָמַ֣ר the ah-MAHR יְהוָ֗ה Lord; yeh-VA ק֣וֹל A kole בְּרָמָ֤ה voice beh-ra-MA נִשְׁמָע֙ was neesh-MA נְהִי֙ heard neh-HEE בְּכִ֣י in beh-HEE תַמְרוּרִ֔ים Ramah, tahm-roo-REEM רָחֵ֖ל lamentation, ra-HALE מְבַכָּ֣ה and meh-va-KA עַל bitter al בָּנֶ֑יהָ weeping; ba-NAY-ha מֵאֲנָ֛ה Rahel may-uh-NA לְהִנָּחֵ֥ם weeping leh-hee-na-HAME עַל for al בָּנֶ֖יהָ her ba-NAY-ha כִּ֥י children kee אֵינֶֽנּוּ׃ refused ay-NEH-noo -
כֹּ֣ה׀ saith koh אָמַ֣ר the ah-MAHR יְהוָ֗ה Lord; yeh-VA מִנְעִ֤י Refrain meen-EE קוֹלֵךְ֙ thy koh-lake מִבֶּ֔כִי voice mee-BEH-hee וְעֵינַ֖יִךְ from veh-ay-NA-yeek מִדִּמְעָ֑ה weeping, mee-deem-AH כִּי֩ and kee יֵ֨שׁ thine yaysh שָׂכָ֤ר eyes sa-HAHR לִפְעֻלָּתֵךְ֙ from leef-oo-la-take נְאֻם tears: neh-OOM יְהוָ֔ה for yeh-VA וְשָׁ֖בוּ thy veh-SHA-voo מֵאֶ֥רֶץ work may-EH-rets אוֹיֵֽב׃ shall oh-YAVE -
וְיֵשׁ there veh-YAYSH תִּקְוָ֥ה is teek-VA לְאַחֲרִיתֵ֖ךְ hope leh-ah-huh-ree-TAKE נְאֻם in neh-OOM יְהוָ֑ה thine yeh-VA וְשָׁ֥בוּ end, veh-SHA-voo בָנִ֖ים saith va-NEEM לִגְבוּלָֽם׃ the leeɡ-voo-LAHM -
שָׁמ֣וֹעַ have sha-MOH-ah שָׁמַ֗עְתִּי surely sha-MA-tee אֶפְרַ֙יִם֙ heard ef-RA-YEEM מִתְנוֹדֵ֔ד Ephraim meet-noh-DADE יִסַּרְתַּ֙נִי֙ bemoaning yee-sahr-TA-NEE וָֽאִוָּסֵ֔ר himself va-ee-wa-SARE כְּעֵ֖גֶל thus; keh-A-ɡel לֹ֣א Thou loh לֻמָּ֑ד hast loo-MAHD הֲשִׁבֵ֣נִי chastised huh-shee-VAY-nee וְאָשׁ֔וּבָה me, veh-ah-SHOO-va כִּ֥י and kee אַתָּ֖ה I ah-TA יְהוָ֥ה was yeh-VA אֱלֹהָֽי׃ chastised, ay-loh-HAI -
כִּֽי after kee אַחֲרֵ֤י that ah-huh-RAY שׁוּבִי֙ I shoo-VEE נִחַ֔מְתִּי was nee-HAHM-tee וְאַֽחֲרֵי֙ turned, veh-ah-huh-RAY הִוָּ֣דְעִ֔י I hee-WA-deh-EE סָפַ֖קְתִּי repented; sa-FAHK-tee עַל and al יָרֵ֑ךְ after ya-RAKE בֹּ֚שְׁתִּי that BOH-sheh-tee וְגַם I veh-ɡAHM נִכְלַ֔מְתִּי was neek-LAHM-tee כִּ֥י instructed, kee נָשָׂ֖אתִי I na-SA-tee חֶרְפַּ֥ת smote her-PAHT נְעוּרָֽי׃ upon neh-oo-RAI -

הַצִּ֧יבִי thee ha-TSEE-vee לָ֣ךְ up lahk צִיֻּנִ֗ים waymarks, tsee-yoo-NEEM שִׂ֤מִי make SEE-mee לָךְ֙ thee loke תַּמְרוּרִ֔ים high tahm-roo-REEM שִׁ֣תִי heaps: SHEE-tee לִבֵּ֔ךְ set lee-BAKE לַֽמְסִלָּ֖ה thine lahm-see-LA דֶּ֣רֶךְ heart DEH-rek הָלָ֑כְתְּי toward ha-LA-heh-teh שׁ֚וּבִי the SHOO-vee בְּתוּלַ֣ת highway, beh-too-LAHT יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל even yees-ra-ALE שֻׁ֖בִי the SHOO-vee אֶל way el עָרַ֥יִךְ which ah-RA-yeek אֵֽלֶּה׃ thou A-leh -

וְהָיָ֞ה it veh-ha-YA כַּאֲשֶׁ֧ר shall ka-uh-SHER שָׁקַ֣דְתִּי come sha-KAHD-tee עֲלֵיהֶ֗ם to uh-lay-HEM לִנְת֧וֹשׁ pass, leen-TOHSH וְלִנְת֛וֹץ that veh-leen-TOHTS וְלַהֲרֹ֖ס like veh-la-huh-ROSE וּלְהַאֲבִ֣יד as oo-leh-ha-uh-VEED וּלְהָרֵ֑עַ I oo-leh-ha-RAY-ah כֵּ֣ן have kane אֶשְׁקֹ֧ד watched esh-KODE עֲלֵיהֶ֛ם over uh-lay-HEM לִבְנ֥וֹת leev-NOTE וְלִנְט֖וֹעַ them, veh-leen-TOH-ah נְאֻם to neh-OOM יְהוָֽה׃ pluck yeh-VA -

וְלֹ֧א they veh-LOH יְלַמְּד֣וּ shall yeh-la-meh-DOO ע֗וֹד teach ode אִ֣ישׁ no eesh אֶת more et רֵעֵ֜הוּ every ray-A-hoo וְאִ֤ישׁ man veh-EESH אֶת et אָחִיו֙ his ah-heeoo לֵאמֹ֔ר neighbour, lay-MORE דְּע֖וּ and deh-OO אֶת every et יְהוָ֑ה man yeh-VA כִּֽי kee כוּלָּם֩ his hoo-LAHM יֵדְע֨וּ brother, yay-deh-OO אוֹתִ֜י saying, oh-TEE לְמִקְטַנָּ֤ם Know leh-meek-ta-NAHM וְעַד veh-AD גְּדוֹלָם֙ the ɡeh-doh-LAHM נְאֻם Lord: neh-OOM יְהוָ֔ה for yeh-VA כִּ֤י they kee אֶסְלַח֙ shall es-LAHK לַֽעֲוֹנָ֔ם all la-uh-oh-NAHM וּלְחַטָּאתָ֖ם know oo-leh-ha-ta-TAHM לֹ֥א me, loh אֶזְכָּר from ez-KAHR עֽוֹד׃ the ode -
כֹּ֣ה׀ saith koh אָמַ֣ר the ah-MAHR יְהוָ֗ה Lord, yeh-VA נֹתֵ֥ן which noh-TANE שֶׁ֙מֶשׁ֙ giveth SHEH-MESH לְא֣וֹר the leh-ORE יוֹמָ֔ם sun yoh-MAHM חֻקֹּ֛ת for hoo-KOTE יָרֵ֥חַ a ya-RAY-ak וְכוֹכָבִ֖ים light veh-hoh-ha-VEEM לְא֣וֹר by leh-ORE לָ֑יְלָה day, LA-yeh-la רֹגַ֤ע and roh-ɡA הַיָּם֙ the ha-YAHM וַיֶּהֱמ֣וּ ordinances va-yeh-hay-MOO גַלָּ֔יו of ɡa-LAV יְהוָ֥ה the yeh-VA צְבָא֖וֹת moon tseh-va-OTE שְׁמֽוֹ׃ and sheh-MOH -
אִם those eem יָמֻ֜שׁוּ ordinances ya-MOO-shoo הַחֻקִּ֥ים depart ha-hoo-KEEM הָאֵ֛לֶּה from ha-A-leh מִלְּפָנַ֖י before mee-leh-fa-NAI נְאֻם me, neh-OOM יְהוָ֑ה saith yeh-VA גַּם֩ the ɡahm זֶ֨רַע Lord, ZEH-ra יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל then yees-ra-ALE יִשְׁבְּת֗וּ the yeesh-beh-TOO מִֽהְי֥וֹת seed mee-heh-YOTE גּ֛וֹי of ɡoy לְפָנַ֖י Israel leh-fa-NAI כָּל also kahl הַיָּמִֽים׃ shall ha-ya-MEEM -
כֹּ֣ה׀ saith koh אָמַ֣ר the ah-MAHR יְהוָ֗ה Lord; yeh-VA אִם If eem יִמַּ֤דּוּ heaven yee-MA-doo שָׁמַ֙יִם֙ above sha-MA-YEEM מִלְמַ֔עְלָה can meel-MA-la וְיֵחָקְר֥וּ be veh-yay-hoke-ROO מֽוֹסְדֵי measured, MOH-seh-day אֶ֖רֶץ and EH-rets לְמָ֑טָּה the leh-MA-ta גַּם foundations ɡahm אֲנִ֞י of uh-NEE אֶמְאַ֨ס the em-AS בְּכָל earth beh-HAHL זֶ֧רַע searched ZEH-ra יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל out yees-ra-ALE עַֽל beneath, al כָּל I kahl אֲשֶׁ֥ר will uh-SHER עָשׂ֖וּ also ah-SOO נְאֻם cast neh-OOM יְהוָֽה׃ off yeh-VA -
הִנֵּ֛ה the hee-NAY יָמִ֥ים days ya-MEEM בָּאִ֖ים come, ba-EEM נְאֻם saith neh-OOM יְהוָ֑ה the yeh-VA וְנִבְנְתָ֤ה Lord, veh-neev-neh-TA הָעִיר֙ that ha-EER לַֽיהוָ֔ה the lai-VA מִמִּגְדַּ֥ל city mee-meeɡ-DAHL חֲנַנְאֵ֖ל shall huh-nahn-ALE שַׁ֥עַר be SHA-ar הַפִּנָּֽה׃ built ha-pee-NA -
וְיָצָ֨א the veh-ya-TSA ע֜וֹד measuring ode קָ֤וה line kahv הַמִּדָּה֙ shall ha-mee-DA נֶגְדּ֔וֹ yet neɡ-DOH עַ֖ל go al גִּבְעַ֣ת forth ɡeev-AT גָּרֵ֑ב over ɡa-RAVE וְנָסַ֖ב against veh-na-SAHV גֹּעָֽתָה׃ it ɡoh-AH-ta -
וְכָל the veh-HAHL הָעֵ֣מֶק whole ha-A-mek הַפְּגָרִ֣ים׀ valley ha-peh-ɡa-REEM וְהַדֶּ֡שֶׁן of veh-ha-DEH-shen וְכָֽל the veh-HAHL הַשְּׁרֵמוֹת֩ dead ha-sheh-ray-MOTE עַד bodies, ad נַ֨חַל and NA-hahl קִדְר֜וֹן of keed-RONE עַד the ad פִּנַּ֨ת ashes, pee-NAHT שַׁ֤עַר and SHA-ar הַסּוּסִים֙ all ha-soo-SEEM מִזְרָ֔חָה the meez-RA-ha קֹ֖דֶשׁ fields KOH-desh לַֽיהוָ֑ה unto lai-VA לֹֽא the loh יִנָּתֵ֧שׁ brook yee-na-TAYSH וְֽלֹא of VEH-loh יֵהָרֵ֛ס Kidron, yay-ha-RASE ע֖וֹד unto ode לְעוֹלָֽם׃ the leh-oh-LAHM
