ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଭୟଙ୍କର ବଜ୍ରର କାରଣ ଓ ସେ ଆକାଶର ଜଳରାଶିର ସୃଷ୍ଟିକର୍ତ୍ତା। ସେ ପୃଥିବୀ ଶଷେପୃଷ୍ଠରୁ ବାଦଲ ଉଠାନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ବର୍ଷା ଓ ବିଜୁଳି କରାନ୍ତି। ସେ ନିଜ ଭଣ୍ଡାର ଘରୁ ବାଯୁ ପ୍ରବାହିତ କରନ୍ତି।

ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଭୟଙ୍କର ବଜ୍ରର କାରଣ ଓ ସେ ଆକାଶର ଜଳରାଶିର ସୃଷ୍ଟିକର୍ତ୍ତା। ସେ ପୃଥିବୀ ଶଷେପୃଷ୍ଠରୁ ବାଦଲ ଉଠାନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ବର୍ଷା ଓ ବିଜୁଳି କରାନ୍ତି। ସେ ନିଜ ଭଣ୍ଡାର ଘରୁ ବାଯୁ ପ୍ରବାହିତ କରନ୍ତି।
