Deuteronomy 15:6
ତବେେ ତାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟସା ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ କରିବେ। ଏବଂ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଅନକେ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ଋଣ ଦବେ, ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଋଣ କରିବ ନାହିଁ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଅନ୍ୟରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶାସନ କରିବ ମାତ୍ର ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ କହେି ଶାସନ କରି ପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ।
