2 Kings 23:2
ଏହାପରେ ରାଜା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିରକୁ ଗମନ କଲେ। ତାଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଯିହୁଦାର ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ, ୟିରୁଶାଲମର ସମସ୍ତ ବାସିନ୍ଦା, ଯାଜକମାନେ, ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦ୍ବକ୍ତାମାନେ ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ବଡରୁ େଛାଟ ଗମନ କଲେ। ତହୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମନ୍ଦିରରୁ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ପୁସ୍ତକର ସମସ୍ତ ବାକ୍ଯ ସମାନଙ୍କେର କର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଗୋଚର ହବୋ ପାଇଁ ଯୋଶିୟଯ ରାଜା ପାଠ କଲେ।

ମୁଁ ବଡ଼ଠାରୁ ସାନ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ମୃତବ୍ଯକ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ସିଂହାସନ ସାମନା ରେ ଠିଆ ହବୋର ଦେଖିଲି। ଜୀବନ ପୁସ୍ତକ ଖାେଲାଥିଲା। ସଠାେରେ ଅନ୍ୟ ପୁସ୍ତକଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମଧ୍ଯ ଖାେଲାଥିଲା। ମୃତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ନିଜନିଜ କର୍ମ ଅନୁସାରେ ବିଚାର ହେଲା। ସହେି ପୁସ୍ତକଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଏସବୁ ବିଷୟ ଲଖାଯାେଇଥିଲା।

କିନ୍ତୁ ମାେତେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କଲେ। ସେ ଆଜି ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ମାେତେ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିଆସୁଛନ୍ତି। ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ ପାଇ ମୁଁ ଏଠା ରେ ଠିଆ ହାଇେଛି। ଉଭୟ ପ୍ରଭାବଶାଳୀ ଓ ସାଧାରଣ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ, ମୁଁ ଦେଖିଥିବା କଥା କହୁଛି। ମୁଁ କିଛି ନୂଆ କଥା କହୁନାହିଁ। ମାଶାେ ଓ ଭାବବାଦୀମାନେ ଯାହା ସବୁ ଘଟିବ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି, ମୁଁ ସହେି କଥା କହୁଛି।

ସହେିଦିନ ସମାନେେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜଣାଇବାକୁ ମାଶାଙ୍କେ ପୁସ୍ତକରୁ ପାଠ କଲେ। ପୁଣି ତହିଁ ମଧିଅରେ ଲିଖିତ ଏହି କଥା ମିଳିଲା, ଯେ ଅେମ୍ମାନୀୟ ଓ ମାୟୋବୀଯ ଲୋକ କବେେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସଭା ରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ।
ନିହିମିୟା 9:3
ସମାନେେ ସଠାେରେ ପ୍ରାଯ ତିନି ଘଣ୍ଟାଧରି ଠିଆ ହେଲେ, ଏବଂ ଲୋକମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ପୁସ୍ତକ ପାଠ କଲେ। ଏହାପରେ ସମାନେେ ସଠାେରେ ତିନିଘଣ୍ଟାରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧଧରି ସମାନଙ୍କେର ପାପ ସ୍ବୀକାର କଲେ ଓ ନତମସ୍ତକ ହାଇେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ଉପାସନା କଲେ।
ନିହିମିୟା 8:1
ତେଣୁ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନେ ଜଳଦ୍ବାର ନିକଟରେ ଥିବା ଛକରେ ଏକମନ ରେ ଏକତ୍ରୀତ ହେଲେ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲକୁ ମାଶାଙ୍କେର ଯେଉଁ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ପୁସ୍ତକ ଆଜ୍ଞା କରିଥିଲେ, ତାହା ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ ସମାନେେ ଏଜ୍ରା ଲିପିକାରଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ।
ଦିତୀୟ ବଂଶାବଳୀ 17:9
ସହେି ନେତା ଓ ଲବେୀୟ ଓ ଯାଜକମାନେ ଯିହୁଦାର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦେଲେ। ସମାନଙ୍କେ ନିକଟରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିଯମପୁସ୍ତକ ଥିଲା। ସମାନେେ ଯିହୁଦାର ସମସ୍ତ ସହର ମଧ୍ଯ ଦଇଗେଲେ ଓ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦେଲେ।

ଯେଉଁ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ଉପାସନା କରିବାକୁ ମନା କଲା, ସେ ମୃତ୍ଯୁଦଣ୍ଡ ଭୋଗ କରୁଥିଲା। ସହେି ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଜଣେ ବିଖ୍ଯାତ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ହେଉ କି ନ ହେଉ, କିଅବା ସହେି ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଜଣେ ପୁରୁଷ ହେଉ ଅବା ନାରୀ ହେଉ, ସେଥି ରେ କିଛି ଫରକ ପଡ଼ୁ ନ ଥିଲା।
ପ୍ରଥମ ରାଜାବଳୀ 8:9
ସହେି ପବିତ୍ର ସିନ୍ଦୁକରେ କବଳେ ଦୁଇଟି ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ଫଳକ ଥିଲା। ହାରେବେ ନିକଟରେ ମାଶାେ ଏହି ଫଳକ ଦୁଇଟିକୁ ରଖିଥିଲେ ଯେତବେେଳେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ମିଶର ଦେଶରୁ ବାହାରି ଆସିଥିଲେ। ସେତବେେଳେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି ହାରେବେ ରେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ନିଯମ କରିଥିଲେ।
ପ୍ରଥମ ଶାମୁୟେଲ 30:2
ସମାନେେ ସିକ୍ଲଗ୍ର ସମସ୍ତ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବନ୍ଦୀକରି ଆଣିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ସମାନେେ ସମସ୍ତ ବୃଦ୍ଧ ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟବକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବନ୍ଦୀକରି ଆଣିଥିଲେ। ସମାନେେ କାହାରିକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ମାରି ଦଇେ ନଥିଲେ। ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ହତ୍ଯା କରିବା ପରିବର୍ତେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ନିଜ ନିଜ ପଥରେ ନଇୟୋଇଥିଲେ।

ଏହି ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ପୁସ୍ତକ ନିଅ ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ନିଯମ ସିନ୍ଦକ୍ସ୍ଟକ ଭିତ ରେ ରଖ। ତାହା ସଠାେରେ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ବିରକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ ସାକ୍ଷୀରୂପେ ରହିବ।

ତା'ପରେ ବାହା ରେ ଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ବୃଦ୍ଧ ଓ ୟୁବା ଅନ୍ଧ ହାଇଗେଲେ। ତେଣୁ ସଇେ ଲୋକମାନେ ଘରର ଫାଟକ ପାଇଲେ ନାହିଁ।
