ତେଣୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଅଶୂର ରାଜା ପୂଲର ମନ ରେ ୟୁଦ୍ଧ ନିମନ୍ତେ ୟିବା ପାଇଁ ଉତ୍ତଜେନା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କଲେ। ପୂଲ୍ ଅଶୂର ରାଜା ଥିଲେ। ତେଣୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ତିଗ୍ଲତ-ପଲନେଷେର ମଧ୍ଯ କୁହାୟାଏ। ସେ ରୂବନେ ଓ ଗାଦ୍ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀର ମନଃଶିର ଅର୍ଦ୍ଧକେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ସହିତ ୟୁଦ୍ଧ କଲେ। ସେ ବଳପୂର୍ବକ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଗୃହରୁ ବିତାଡ଼ିତ କଲେ ଓ ବନ୍ଦୀ କରି ନଇଗେଲେ। ପୂଲ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ହଲଦ, ହାବୋର, ହାରା ଓ ଗୋଶନ୍ ନଦୀ ନିକଟକୁ ଆଣିଲେ। ସହେିଦିନଠାରୁ ସମାନେେ ସହେି ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ବାସ କରୁଛନ୍ତି।
