ଯିହାଶାଫେଟ୍ ଯିହୁଦାର ସମସ୍ତ ନଗର ରେ ବିଚାରକର୍ତ୍ତାମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିୟୁକ୍ତ କଲେ। ଯିହୁଦାର ପ୍ରତିଟି ସୁଦୃଢ଼ ଦୁର୍ଗ ରେ ରହିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେ ବିଚାରକର୍ତ୍ତାମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିୟୁକ୍ତ କଲେ।
