ଓବେଦ୍-ଇଦୋମଙ୍କୁ ଦକ୍ଷିଣପାଶର୍ବ ଦ୍ବାର ନିମନ୍ତେ ମନୋନୀତ କରାଗଲା ଓ ଆଉ ଯେଉଁ ଗୃହ ରେ ବହୁମୂଲ୍ଯ ସାମଗ୍ରୀମାନ ରଖାୟାଇଥିଲା, ତାହାକୁ ଜଗିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓବେଦ୍ ଇଦୋମଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ମନୋନୀତ କରାଗଲା।

ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିର ରେ ଏବଂ ରାଜାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରାସାଦ ରେ ସୁନା, ରୂପା ଓ ଆହୁରି ଅନକେ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ସବୁ ରହିଥିଲା। ଓବେଦ୍-ଇଦୋମ ଏହି ସମସ୍ତର ଦାଯିତ୍ବ ରେ ଥିଲେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଯୋୟାଶ୍ ସହେି ସବୁତକ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ନଇଗେଲେ। ଏହାପରେ ଯୋୟାଶ୍ କିଛି ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ବନ୍ଦୀକରି ନଇଗେଲେ ଓ ଶମରିଯାକୁ ଫରେିଗଲେ।

ଛଅଜଣ ଲବେୀୟ ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ରକ୍ଷକମାନେ ପୂର୍ବ ଫାଟକରେ ଛିଡ଼ା ହେଲେ। ଚାରିଜଣ ଲବେୀୟ ଉତ୍ତର ଫାଟକରେ ରକ୍ଷକ ଭାବରେ ଛିଡ଼ା ହେଲେ। ଚାରିଜଣ ଲବେୀୟ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଫାଟକରେ ରକ୍ଷକ ଭାବରେ ଛିଡ଼ା ହେଲେ ଏବଂ ଦୁଇ ଜଣ ଲବେୀୟ ଭଣ୍ଡାରଗୃହର ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଦ୍ବାର ରେ ଛିଡ଼ା ହେଲେ।
