Psalm 89 in Oriya

1 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମୁଁ ଚିରଦିନ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦୟା ବିଷଯରେ ଗାନ କରିବି। ମାେ ମୁଖରେ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତତା ବିଷଯରେ ବଂଶାନୁକ୍ରମ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଗାଉଥିବି।

2 ମୁଁ କହିଲି, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦୟା ଚିରଦିନ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହାଇେଅଛି। ତୁମ୍ଭର ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତତା ସ୍ବର୍ଗରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାୟିବ।

3 ତୁମ୍ଭେ କହିଲ, ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ମନୋନୀତ ରାଜା ସଙ୍ଗେ ଏକ ଚୁକ୍ତି କରିଲି। ମୁଁ ମାରେ ଦାସ ଦାଉଦ ସହିତ ଏକ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କଲି।

4 ହେ ଦାଉଦ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବଂଶକୁ ସଦାକାଳ ଅମର କରିବି ଓ ପରମ୍ପରା କ୍ରମେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସିଂହାସନକୁ ଶକ୍ତ କରିବି।

5 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ସ୍ବର୍ଗ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ୟ୍ଯ କର୍ମମାନର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରୁଛି। ପବିତ୍ରଗଣର ସମାନ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତତାରେ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରେ।

6 ସ୍ବର୍ଗରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ତୁଲ୍ଯ କହେି ନାହିଁ। ଦବଗେଣକୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗେ ତୁଳନା କରାୟାଇ ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ।

7 ପବିତ୍ର ଦୂତଗଣର ସମାନ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ବହୁତ ଭୟ କରନ୍ତି। ସିଂହାସନ ଚତୁଃପାଶର୍‌ବରେ ଛିଡ଼ା ହେଉଥିବା ସମସ୍ତେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ କରନ୍ତି।

8 ସଦାପଭ୍ରୁ ସୈନ୍ଯାଧିପତି ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରି କହେି ନାହିଁ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ଅଟ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ ସଂପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରିପାରିବୁ।

9 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅହଙ୍କାରୀ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ଉପରେ କତ୍ତୃର୍ତ୍ବ କରୁଅଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତା'ର ଅଶାନ୍ତ ତରଙ୍ଗକୁ ଶାନ୍ତ କରୁଅଛି।

10 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ରାହାବକୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିଅଛ। ସେ ଏକ ଶବପରି ଥିଲା। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ମହାଶକ୍ତି ଦ୍ବାରା ତୁମ୍ଭର ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛିନ୍ନଛତ୍ର କରିଅଛ।

11 ସ୍ବର୍ଗ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅଟେ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜଗତକୁ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛ ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ବସ୍ତୁଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଏହା ଉପରେ ଅଛି।

12 ଉତ୍ତର ଓ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଦିଗ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଅଛ। ତାବୋର ଓ ହର୍ମୋଣ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନାମରେ ଆହ୍ଲାଦିତ କରନ୍ତି।

13 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପରାକ୍ରାନ୍ତ। ତୁମ୍ଭର ଶକ୍ତି ମହାନ୍। ସର୍ବଦା ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ହସ୍ତ ଉଚ୍ଚରେ ସ୍ଥାପିତ।

14 ଧର୍ମ ଓ ନ୍ଯାଯ ବିଚାର ତୁମ୍ଭ ସିଂହାସନର ଭିତ୍ତିମୂଳ। ପ୍ରମେ ଓ ଭକ୍ତି ତୁମ୍ଭ ସିଂହାସନର ସବକେ।

15 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ! ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରନ୍ତି, ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦୟାର ଆ ଲୋକରେ ବଞ୍ଚନ୍ତି।

16 ତୁମ୍ଭର ନାମ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଦିନସାରା ଆନନ୍ଦ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରେ। ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଧାର୍ମିକତାକୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରନ୍ତି।

17 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଅଦ୍ଦ୍ଭୂତ ଶକ୍ତି। ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦୟାର ସହ ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ବିଜଯୀ ଅଟୁ।

18 ଆମ୍ଭର ସୁରକ୍ଷାକାରୀ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ରାଜା, ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଏକ ପବିତ୍ର ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ରାଜା ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ମନୋନୀତ।

19 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଅନୁସରଣକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଦର୍ଶନ ଦଇେ କହିଲ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏକ ୟୁବକ ତୁମ୍ଭ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ମନୋନୀତ କରି ତାଙ୍କୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମୁଖ୍ଯ ସ୍ଥାପିତ କଲୁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ସହେି ସୈନିକକୁ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ କରି ଗଢ଼ି ତୋଳିଲୁ।

20 ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଦାସ ଦାଉଦକୁ ପାଇଅଛୁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ପବିତ୍ର ତୈଳରେ ତାକୁ ଅଭିଷିକ୍ତ କରିଅଛୁ।

21 ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଡାହାଣ ହସ୍ତରେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଆଶ୍ରଯ ଦବୋ ଏବଂ ଆମ୍ଭର ଶକ୍ତିରେ ତାକୁ ବଳବାନ୍ କରିବା।

22 ଶତ୍ରୁମାନେ ମନୋନୀତ ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ।

23 ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହାର ବିପକ୍ଷଗଣଙ୍କୁ ତାହା ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଚୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବା ଓ ତାହାର ଘୃଣାକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିବା।

24 ଆମ୍ଭେ ମନୋନୀତ ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ ସର୍ବଦା ପ୍ରମେ କରିବା ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କୁ ବିଜଯୀ କରିବା।

25 ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମୁଦ୍ର ଉପରେ ତାହାର କତ୍ତୃର୍ତ୍ବ ଓ ନଦୀସମୂହ ଉପରେ ତାହାର ନିଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଇବା।

26 ସେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ କହିବ, 'ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାରେ ପିତା। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ମାରେ ଦୃଢ଼ ସୁରକ୍ଷାର ସ୍ଥାନ ଓ ମାରେ ତ୍ରାଣକର୍ତ୍ତା।'

27 ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଆମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରଥମଜାତ ସନ୍ତାନ କରିବା। ସେ ପୃଥିବୀର ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ରାଜା ହବେ।

28 ଆମ୍ଭେ ସର୍ବଦା ତାଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରମେ କରିବା ଓ ତା' ପ୍ରତି ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତ ରହିବା। ଆମ୍ଭର ଚୁକ୍ତି ସର୍ବଦା ତା'ଠାରେ ରଖିବା, ତାହା କବେେ ଶଷେ ହବେ ନାହିଁ।

29 ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାର ବଂଶକୁ ନିତ୍ଯସ୍ଥାଯୀ ବିରାଜମାନ କରିବା ଓ ତା'ର ସିଂହାସନକୁ ଆକାଶ ଥିବା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ରହିବ।

30 ୟଦି ବଂଶଧରଗଣ ଆମ୍ଭ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ପରିତ୍ଯାଗ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ଆମ୍ଭର ଆଜ୍ଞା ଅନୁସରଣ ନ କରନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦବୋ।

31 ୟଦି ସମାନେେ ମାେ ନିଯମ ଭଙ୍ଗ କରନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ମାେ ଆଜ୍ଞା ନ ପାଳନ୍ତି,

32 ତବେେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଲୌହ ନିର୍ମିତ ବାଡ଼ିରେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଅପରାଧ ଓ ପ୍ରହାର ଦ୍ବାରା ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ କଠାେର ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦବୋ,

33 ମାତ୍ର ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ପ୍ରମଠାରୁେ ବଞ୍ଚିତ କରିବା ନାହିଁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପ୍ରତି ଚିରଦିନ ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତ ରହିବା।

34 ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ସହିତ କରିଥିବା ଚୁକ୍ତିକୁ ଲଙ୍ଘନ କରିବା ନାହିଁ କିଅବା ଚୁକ୍ତିର ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବା ନାହିଁ।

35 ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରବିତ୍ରତା ଦ୍ବାରା ସାକ୍ଷୀରଖି ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦାଉଦ ନିକଟରେ ଏକ ବିଶଷେ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିଥିଲୁ। ତଣେୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦାଉଦ ପ୍ରତି ଆପଣା ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ଭଂଗ କରିବା ନାହିଁ।

36 ଦାଉଦର ବଂଶ ସଦାକାଳ ରହିବ। ଦାଉଦର ସିଂହାସନ ସୂର୍ୟ୍ଯ ଥିବା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ରହିବ।

37 ଏହା ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରପରି ଚିରଦିନ ଚାଲୁ ରହିବ। ଏହା ଆକାଶପରି ଚିରଦିନ ପାଇଁ ରହିବ।

38 କିନ୍ତୁ ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଅଭିଷିକ୍ତ ପ୍ରତି କୋର୍ଧ ହାଇେଅଛି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାକୁ ଛାଡ଼ିଲ ଏବଂ ତ୍ଯାଗ କରିଅଛ।

39 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଦାସ ସହିତ କରିଥିବା ତୁମ୍ଭର ଚୁକ୍ତିକୁ ଭଂଗ କରିଅଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ରାଜାଙ୍କର ମୁକୁଟ ଅଳିଆ ଗଦାରେ ପକାଇ ଅଛି।

40 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତା'ର ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରାଚୀର ଭାଙ୍ଗିଅଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତା'ର ଦୃଢ଼ ଗଡ଼ସବୁ ଧ୍ବଂସ କରିଅଛ।

41 ପଥ ଦଇେ ୟିବା ଲୋକ ସମସ୍ତେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଲୁଟ କରନ୍ତି। ଆପଣା ପ୍ରତିବେଶୀମାନେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ପରିହାସ କରନ୍ତି।

42 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ରାଜାଙ୍କର ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ୟୁଦ୍ଧରେ ପରାଜିତ କରିଅଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତା'ର ସମସ୍ତ ଶତ୍ରୁଙ୍କୁ ଖୁସି କରାଇଅଛ।

43 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ନିଜକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବାରେ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିଜ ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ ୟୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଜଯଲାଭ କରିବାକୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରି ନାହଁ।

44 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଜିତିବାକୁ ଦଇେ ନାହଁ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତା'ର ସିଂହାସନକୁ ଭୂମିରେ ଫିଙ୍ଗିଅଛ।

45 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତା'ର ଜୀବନକୁ କ୍ଷୀଣ କଲ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଲଜ୍ଜାରେ ଆଚ୍ଛନ୍ନ କଲ।

46 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ଏହିପରି କେତେ ଦିନ ଚାଲିବ ? ତୁମ୍ଭେ କ'ଣ ସବୁଦିନ ପାଇଁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଲୁଚଇେ ରହିବ ? ତୁମ୍ଭର କୋର୍ଧ କ'ଣ ଚିରକାଳ ଅଗ୍ନି ତୁଲ୍ଯ ଜଳିବ ?

47 ଏହା ସ୍ମରଣ କର ୟେ, ମାରେ ଜୀବନ କେତେ କ୍ଷୀଣ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛ ଅଳ୍ପ ଦିନ ପାଇଁ, ଏହାପରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ମରିବୁ।

48 ଏପରି କୌଣସି ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ନାହିଁ ୟିଏ କି କବେବେି ନ ମରି ବଞ୍ଚି ରହିବ। ଏପରି କୌଣସି ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ନାହିଁ ୟିଏ କି ସମାଧିରୁ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇ ପାରିବ।

49 ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ପୂର୍ବର ସ୍ନହପେୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରୁଣା କୁଆଡ଼େ ଗଲା। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ସହ ତୁମ୍ଭର ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ଥତା ଦଖାଇବୋ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିଥିଲ।

50 ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସ୍ମରଣ କର କିପରି ସମସ୍ତ ଜାତିଗଣ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦାସ ମାେତେ ଅପମାନିତ ଦେଉଛନ୍ତି।

51 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଶତ୍ରୁମାନେ ଅପମାନିତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅଭିଷିକ୍ତ ରାଜା ଯେଉଁଆଡ଼େ ୟାଏ, ତାଙ୍କର ପଦଚିହ୍ନକୁ ନିନ୍ଦା କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।

52 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅନନ୍ତକାଳ ଧନ୍ଯ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ। ଆମେନ୍ !ଆମେନ୍ !

2 I will sing of the mercies of the Lord for ever: with my mouth will I make known thy faithfulness to all generations.

3 For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy faithfulness shalt thou establish in the very heavens.

4 I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant,

5 Thy seed will I establish for ever, and build up thy throne to all generations. Selah.

6 And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O Lord: thy faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints.

7 For who in the heaven can be compared unto the Lord? who among the sons of the mighty can be likened unto the Lord?

8 God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him.

9 O Lord God of hosts, who is a strong Lord like unto thee? or to thy faithfulness round about thee?

10 Thou rulest the raging of the sea: when the waves thereof arise, thou stillest them.

11 Thou hast broken Rahab in pieces, as one that is slain; thou hast scattered thine enemies with thy strong arm.

12 The heavens are thine, the earth also is thine: as for the world and the fulness thereof, thou hast founded them.

13 The north and the south thou hast created them: Tabor and Hermon shall rejoice in thy name.

14 Thou hast a mighty arm: strong is thy hand, and high is thy right hand.

15 Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face.

16 Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O Lord, in the light of thy countenance.

17 In thy name shall they rejoice all the day: and in thy righteousness shall they be exalted.

18 For thou art the glory of their strength: and in thy favour our horn shall be exalted.

19 For the Lord is our defence; and the Holy One of Israel is our king.

20 Then thou spakest in vision to thy holy one, and saidst, I have laid help upon one that is mighty; I have exalted one chosen out of the people.

21 I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him:

22 With whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also shall strengthen him.

23 The enemy shall not exact upon him; nor the son of wickedness afflict him.

24 And I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague them that hate him.

25 But my faithfulness and my mercy shall be with him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted.

26 I will set his hand also in the sea, and his right hand in the rivers.

27 He shall cry unto me, Thou art my father, my God, and the rock of my salvation.

28 Also I will make him my firstborn, higher than the kings of the earth.

29 My mercy will I keep for him for evermore, and my covenant shall stand fast with him.

30 His seed also will I make to endure for ever, and his throne as the days of heaven.

31 If his children forsake my law, and walk not in my judgments;

32 If they break my statutes, and keep not my commandments;

33 Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes.

34 Nevertheless my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail.

35 My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.

36 Once have I sworn by my holiness that I will not lie unto David.

37 His seed shall endure for ever, and his throne as the sun before me.

38 It shall be established for ever as the moon, and as a faithful witness in heaven. Selah.

39 But thou hast cast off and abhorred, thou hast been wroth with thine anointed.

40 Thou hast made void the covenant of thy servant: thou hast profaned his crown by casting it to the ground.

41 Thou hast broken down all his hedges; thou hast brought his strong holds to ruin.

42 All that pass by the way spoil him: he is a reproach to his neighbours.

43 Thou hast set up the right hand of his adversaries; thou hast made all his enemies to rejoice.

44 Thou hast also turned the edge of his sword, and hast not made him to stand in the battle.

45 Thou hast made his glory to cease, and cast his throne down to the ground.

46 The days of his youth hast thou shortened: thou hast covered him with shame. Selah.

47 How long, Lord? wilt thou hide thyself for ever? shall thy wrath burn like fire?

48 Remember how short my time is: wherefore hast thou made all men in vain?

49 What man is he that liveth, and shall not see death? shall he deliver his soul from the hand of the grave? Selah.

50 Lord, where are thy former lovingkindnesses, which thou swarest unto David in thy truth?

51 Remember, Lord, the reproach of thy servants; how I do bear in my bosom the reproach of all the mighty people;

52 Wherewith thine enemies have reproached, O Lord; wherewith they have reproached the footsteps of thine anointed.

53 Blessed be the Lord for evermore. Amen, and Amen.

3 ତୁମ୍ଭେ କହିଲ, ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ମନୋନୀତ ରାଜା ସଙ୍ଗେ ଏକ ଚୁକ୍ତି କରିଲି। ମୁଁ ମାରେ ଦାସ ଦାଉଦ ସହିତ ଏକ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କଲି।

4 ହେ ଦାଉଦ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବଂଶକୁ ସଦାକାଳ ଅମର କରିବି ଓ ପରମ୍ପରା କ୍ରମେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସିଂହାସନକୁ ଶକ୍ତ କରିବି।

5 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ସ୍ବର୍ଗ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ୟ୍ଯ କର୍ମମାନର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରୁଛି। ପବିତ୍ରଗଣର ସମାନ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତତାରେ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରେ।

6 ସ୍ବର୍ଗରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ତୁଲ୍ଯ କହେି ନାହିଁ। ଦବଗେଣକୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗେ ତୁଳନା କରାୟାଇ ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ।

7 ପବିତ୍ର ଦୂତଗଣର ସମାନ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ବହୁତ ଭୟ କରନ୍ତି। ସିଂହାସନ ଚତୁଃପାଶର୍‌ବରେ ଛିଡ଼ା ହେଉଥିବା ସମସ୍ତେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ କରନ୍ତି।

8 ସଦାପଭ୍ରୁ ସୈନ୍ଯାଧିପତି ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରି କହେି ନାହିଁ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ଅଟ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ ସଂପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରିପାରିବୁ।

9 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅହଙ୍କାରୀ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ଉପରେ କତ୍ତୃର୍ତ୍ବ କରୁଅଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତା'ର ଅଶାନ୍ତ ତରଙ୍ଗକୁ ଶାନ୍ତ କରୁଅଛି।

10 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ରାହାବକୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିଅଛ। ସେ ଏକ ଶବପରି ଥିଲା। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ମହାଶକ୍ତି ଦ୍ବାରା ତୁମ୍ଭର ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛିନ୍ନଛତ୍ର କରିଅଛ।

11 ସ୍ବର୍ଗ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅଟେ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜଗତକୁ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛ ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ବସ୍ତୁଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଏହା ଉପରେ ଅଛି।

12 ଉତ୍ତର ଓ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଦିଗ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଅଛ। ତାବୋର ଓ ହର୍ମୋଣ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନାମରେ ଆହ୍ଲାଦିତ କରନ୍ତି।

13 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପରାକ୍ରାନ୍ତ। ତୁମ୍ଭର ଶକ୍ତି ମହାନ୍। ସର୍ବଦା ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ହସ୍ତ ଉଚ୍ଚରେ ସ୍ଥାପିତ।

14 ଧର୍ମ ଓ ନ୍ଯାଯ ବିଚାର ତୁମ୍ଭ ସିଂହାସନର ଭିତ୍ତିମୂଳ। ପ୍ରମେ ଓ ଭକ୍ତି ତୁମ୍ଭ ସିଂହାସନର ସବକେ।

15 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ! ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରନ୍ତି, ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦୟାର ଆ ଲୋକରେ ବଞ୍ଚନ୍ତି।

16 ତୁମ୍ଭର ନାମ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଦିନସାରା ଆନନ୍ଦ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରେ। ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଧାର୍ମିକତାକୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରନ୍ତି।

17 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଅଦ୍ଦ୍ଭୂତ ଶକ୍ତି। ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦୟାର ସହ ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ବିଜଯୀ ଅଟୁ।

18 ଆମ୍ଭର ସୁରକ୍ଷାକାରୀ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ରାଜା, ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଏକ ପବିତ୍ର ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ରାଜା ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ମନୋନୀତ।

19 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଅନୁସରଣକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଦର୍ଶନ ଦଇେ କହିଲ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏକ ୟୁବକ ତୁମ୍ଭ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ମନୋନୀତ କରି ତାଙ୍କୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମୁଖ୍ଯ ସ୍ଥାପିତ କଲୁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ସହେି ସୈନିକକୁ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ କରି ଗଢ଼ି ତୋଳିଲୁ।

20 ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଦାସ ଦାଉଦକୁ ପାଇଅଛୁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ପବିତ୍ର ତୈଳରେ ତାକୁ ଅଭିଷିକ୍ତ କରିଅଛୁ।

21 ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଡାହାଣ ହସ୍ତରେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଆଶ୍ରଯ ଦବୋ ଏବଂ ଆମ୍ଭର ଶକ୍ତିରେ ତାକୁ ବଳବାନ୍ କରିବା।

22 ଶତ୍ରୁମାନେ ମନୋନୀତ ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ।

23 ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହାର ବିପକ୍ଷଗଣଙ୍କୁ ତାହା ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଚୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବା ଓ ତାହାର ଘୃଣାକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିବା।

24 ଆମ୍ଭେ ମନୋନୀତ ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ ସର୍ବଦା ପ୍ରମେ କରିବା ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କୁ ବିଜଯୀ କରିବା।

25 ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମୁଦ୍ର ଉପରେ ତାହାର କତ୍ତୃର୍ତ୍ବ ଓ ନଦୀସମୂହ ଉପରେ ତାହାର ନିଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଇବା।

26 ସେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ କହିବ, 'ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାରେ ପିତା। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ମାରେ ଦୃଢ଼ ସୁରକ୍ଷାର ସ୍ଥାନ ଓ ମାରେ ତ୍ରାଣକର୍ତ୍ତା।'

27 ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଆମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରଥମଜାତ ସନ୍ତାନ କରିବା। ସେ ପୃଥିବୀର ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ରାଜା ହବେ।

28 ଆମ୍ଭେ ସର୍ବଦା ତାଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରମେ କରିବା ଓ ତା' ପ୍ରତି ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତ ରହିବା। ଆମ୍ଭର ଚୁକ୍ତି ସର୍ବଦା ତା'ଠାରେ ରଖିବା, ତାହା କବେେ ଶଷେ ହବେ ନାହିଁ।

29 ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାର ବଂଶକୁ ନିତ୍ଯସ୍ଥାଯୀ ବିରାଜମାନ କରିବା ଓ ତା'ର ସିଂହାସନକୁ ଆକାଶ ଥିବା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ରହିବ।

30 ୟଦି ବଂଶଧରଗଣ ଆମ୍ଭ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ପରିତ୍ଯାଗ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ଆମ୍ଭର ଆଜ୍ଞା ଅନୁସରଣ ନ କରନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦବୋ।

31 ୟଦି ସମାନେେ ମାେ ନିଯମ ଭଙ୍ଗ କରନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ମାେ ଆଜ୍ଞା ନ ପାଳନ୍ତି,

32 ତବେେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଲୌହ ନିର୍ମିତ ବାଡ଼ିରେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଅପରାଧ ଓ ପ୍ରହାର ଦ୍ବାରା ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ କଠାେର ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦବୋ,

33 ମାତ୍ର ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ପ୍ରମଠାରୁେ ବଞ୍ଚିତ କରିବା ନାହିଁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପ୍ରତି ଚିରଦିନ ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତ ରହିବା।

34 ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ସହିତ କରିଥିବା ଚୁକ୍ତିକୁ ଲଙ୍ଘନ କରିବା ନାହିଁ କିଅବା ଚୁକ୍ତିର ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବା ନାହିଁ।

35 ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରବିତ୍ରତା ଦ୍ବାରା ସାକ୍ଷୀରଖି ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦାଉଦ ନିକଟରେ ଏକ ବିଶଷେ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିଥିଲୁ। ତଣେୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦାଉଦ ପ୍ରତି ଆପଣା ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ଭଂଗ କରିବା ନାହିଁ।

36 ଦାଉଦର ବଂଶ ସଦାକାଳ ରହିବ। ଦାଉଦର ସିଂହାସନ ସୂର୍ୟ୍ଯ ଥିବା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ରହିବ।

37 ଏହା ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରପରି ଚିରଦିନ ଚାଲୁ ରହିବ। ଏହା ଆକାଶପରି ଚିରଦିନ ପାଇଁ ରହିବ।

38 କିନ୍ତୁ ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଅଭିଷିକ୍ତ ପ୍ରତି କୋର୍ଧ ହାଇେଅଛି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାକୁ ଛାଡ଼ିଲ ଏବଂ ତ୍ଯାଗ କରିଅଛ।

39 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଦାସ ସହିତ କରିଥିବା ତୁମ୍ଭର ଚୁକ୍ତିକୁ ଭଂଗ କରିଅଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ରାଜାଙ୍କର ମୁକୁଟ ଅଳିଆ ଗଦାରେ ପକାଇ ଅଛି।

40 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତା'ର ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରାଚୀର ଭାଙ୍ଗିଅଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତା'ର ଦୃଢ଼ ଗଡ଼ସବୁ ଧ୍ବଂସ କରିଅଛ।

41 ପଥ ଦଇେ ୟିବା ଲୋକ ସମସ୍ତେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଲୁଟ କରନ୍ତି। ଆପଣା ପ୍ରତିବେଶୀମାନେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ପରିହାସ କରନ୍ତି।

42 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ରାଜାଙ୍କର ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ୟୁଦ୍ଧରେ ପରାଜିତ କରିଅଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତା'ର ସମସ୍ତ ଶତ୍ରୁଙ୍କୁ ଖୁସି କରାଇଅଛ।

43 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ନିଜକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବାରେ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିଜ ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ ୟୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଜଯଲାଭ କରିବାକୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରି ନାହଁ।

44 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଜିତିବାକୁ ଦଇେ ନାହଁ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତା'ର ସିଂହାସନକୁ ଭୂମିରେ ଫିଙ୍ଗିଅଛ।

45 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତା'ର ଜୀବନକୁ କ୍ଷୀଣ କଲ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଲଜ୍ଜାରେ ଆଚ୍ଛନ୍ନ କଲ।

46 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ଏହିପରି କେତେ ଦିନ ଚାଲିବ ? ତୁମ୍ଭେ କ'ଣ ସବୁଦିନ ପାଇଁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଲୁଚଇେ ରହିବ ? ତୁମ୍ଭର କୋର୍ଧ କ'ଣ ଚିରକାଳ ଅଗ୍ନି ତୁଲ୍ଯ ଜଳିବ ?

47 ଏହା ସ୍ମରଣ କର ୟେ, ମାରେ ଜୀବନ କେତେ କ୍ଷୀଣ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛ ଅଳ୍ପ ଦିନ ପାଇଁ, ଏହାପରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ମରିବୁ।

48 ଏପରି କୌଣସି ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ନାହିଁ ୟିଏ କି କବେବେି ନ ମରି ବଞ୍ଚି ରହିବ। ଏପରି କୌଣସି ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ନାହିଁ ୟିଏ କି ସମାଧିରୁ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇ ପାରିବ।

49 ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ପୂର୍ବର ସ୍ନହପେୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରୁଣା କୁଆଡ଼େ ଗଲା। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ସହ ତୁମ୍ଭର ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ଥତା ଦଖାଇବୋ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିଥିଲ।

50 ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସ୍ମରଣ କର କିପରି ସମସ୍ତ ଜାତିଗଣ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦାସ ମାେତେ ଅପମାନିତ ଦେଉଛନ୍ତି।

51 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଶତ୍ରୁମାନେ ଅପମାନିତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅଭିଷିକ୍ତ ରାଜା ଯେଉଁଆଡ଼େ ୟାଏ, ତାଙ୍କର ପଦଚିହ୍ନକୁ ନିନ୍ଦା କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।

52 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅନନ୍ତକାଳ ଧନ୍ଯ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ। ଆମେନ୍ !ଆମେନ୍ !

2 I will sing of the mercies of the Lord for ever: with my mouth will I make known thy faithfulness to all generations.

3 For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy faithfulness shalt thou establish in the very heavens.

4 I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant,

5 Thy seed will I establish for ever, and build up thy throne to all generations. Selah.

6 And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O Lord: thy faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints.

7 For who in the heaven can be compared unto the Lord? who among the sons of the mighty can be likened unto the Lord?

8 God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him.

9 O Lord God of hosts, who is a strong Lord like unto thee? or to thy faithfulness round about thee?

10 Thou rulest the raging of the sea: when the waves thereof arise, thou stillest them.

11 Thou hast broken Rahab in pieces, as one that is slain; thou hast scattered thine enemies with thy strong arm.
