ପରମେଶ୍ବର ବିଚାରକର୍ତ୍ତା ଅଟନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନବେେ କିଏ ୟେ ମହାନ୍ ହବେ। ପରମେଶ୍ବର ହିଁ ୟେ କୌଣସି ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିକୁ ମହତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିପାରନ୍ତି।
