ଦରିଦ୍ର ଓ ନିଃସହାୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ସେ ଯତ୍ନ ନିଅନ୍ତି। ରାଜା ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଜୀବିତ ରଖନ୍ତି।

ମାେ ପ୍ରିୟ ଭାଇ ଓ ଭଉଣୀମାନେ, ଶୁଣ ! ପରମେଶ୍ବର ବିଶ୍ବାସ ରେ ଧନୀ ହବୋ ପାଇଁ ପୃଥିବୀର ଗରିବ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବାଛିଛନ୍ତି। ଯେଉଁମାନେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ ରମେ କରନ୍ତି, ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସେ ଯେଉଁ ରାଜ୍ଯ ଦବୋ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିଥଇଲେ, ସେଥିପାଇଁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ବାଛିଛନ୍ତି।
