Proverbs 23:1-3 in Oriya

1 When thou sittest to eat with a ruler, consider diligently what is before thee:

2 And put a knife to thy throat, if thou be a man given to appetite.

3 Be not desirous of his dainties: for they are deceitful meat.

1 ଯେତବେେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଶାସନକର୍ତ୍ତା ସହିତ ଭୋଜନ ରେ ବସ ସେତବେେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ କିଏ ଅଛି, ତାହା ଯତ୍ନପୂର୍ବକ ବିବଚେନା କର।

2 ଯବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଭୋକିଲା ହୁଅ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଗଳା ରେ ଛୁରି ଆପେ ରଖ।

3 ତାହାର ସୁସ୍ବାଦୁ ଖାଦ୍ୟକୁ ଲୋଭ କର ନାହିଁ। ଯେ ହତେୁ ତାହା ପ୍ରବଞ୍ଚନା ଜନକ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଅଟେ।
