ହେ ଧରଣୀର ରାଜ୍ଯଗୁଡ଼ିକ, ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଗୀତ ଗାନ କର। ଆମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସାଗାନ କର।

ହେ ଜାତିଗଣ ତାଙ୍କର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଗାନ କର। କାରଣ ସେ ଆପଣା ଦାସମାନଙ୍କର ରକ୍ତପାତର ପ୍ରତିଶୋଧ ନବେେ। ସେ ଆପଣା ବିପକ୍ଷଗଣଙ୍କ ବିରକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ ପ୍ରତି ଶାଧେ ନବେେ। ପକ୍ସ୍ଟଣି ସେ ଆପଣା ଦେଶ ଓ ଆପଣା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରତିଶୋଧ ନବେେ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କର ଦେଶ ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେ ପ୍ରାଯଶ୍ଚିତ କରିବେ।

ତା'ପରେ ପୃଥିବୀର ଲୋକେ ତୁମ୍ଭ୍ ବିଷଯରେ ଜାଣିବେ ଏବଂ ସମସ୍ତ ଜାତିଗଣ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବାର ତୁମ୍ଭର ଶକ୍ତିର କ୍ଷମତା ଜାଣିବେ।

ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ ! କିଏ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଭୟ ନ କରିବ ? ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କର ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରଶଂସନୀୟ ଅଟ। କାରଣ କବଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ପବିତ୍ର ; ସମସ୍ତ ଜାତିଗୁଡ଼ିକ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପାଖକୁ ଆସିବେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଉପାସନା କରିବେ। କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ନ୍ଯାୟବନ୍ତ ଏହା ଜଗତେ ବିଦିତ।
