ନଗରରେ ଦିନରାତି, ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକଙ୍କ ପଡ଼ୋଶୀମାନଙ୍କଠାରେ ଦୋଷ ଓ ଅସଭ୍ଯତା ପୁରି ରହିଛି।
