ପୃଥିବୀ ଓ ତହିଁରେ ଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ବସ୍ତୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଅଟେ। ପୃଥିବୀର ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ତାଙ୍କ ଆଶ୍ରିତ ଅଟନ୍ତି।

| world, the thereof; | תֵּ֝בֵ֗ל | tēbēl | TAY-VALE |
| and they that dwell | וְיֹ֣שְׁבֵי | wĕyōšĕbê | veh-YOH-sheh-vay |
