ଗୀତସଂହିତା 119:1-8

1 Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord.

2 Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.

3 They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.

4 Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.

5 O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!

6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.

7 I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.

8 I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.

1 ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନେ ପବିତ୍ର ଭାବରେ ଜୀବନୟାପନ କରନ୍ତି, ଓ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ନିଯମସବୁ ଅନୁସରଣ କରନ୍ତି, ସମାନେେ ଧନ୍ଯ !

2 ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଚୁକ୍ତି ମାନନ୍ତି, ଓ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ହୃଦଯରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଖାଜେନ୍ତି, ସମାନେେ ଧନ୍ଯ !
Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.

3 ସହେି ଲୋକମାନେ କୌଣସି ଅଧର୍ମ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ, କିନ୍ତୁ ସମାନେେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପଥ ଅନୁସରଣ କରନ୍ତି।
They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.

4 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶସବୁ ଏବଂ ବିଧାନସବୁକୁ ସତର୍କ ରୂପେ ମାନିବା ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦଇେଅଛ।
Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.

5 ମୁଁ ଆଶା କରୁଛି ୟେ, ମୁଁ ବୋଧହୁଏ ତୁମ୍ଭର ନିଯମ ଅପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନୀଯ ଭାବରେ ଅଧିକ ମାନିବି।
O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!

6 ୟଦି ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଆଜ୍ଞା ସକଳ ପ୍ରତି ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ରଖିବି, ତବେେ ମୁଁ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହବେି ନାହିଁ।
Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.

7 ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସର୍ବାନ୍ତକରଣ ହୃଦଯ ସହିତ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିବି, ଯେତବେେଳେ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ନ୍ଯାଯପରାଯଣତା ବିଷଯରେ ଜାଣିବି।
I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.

8 ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ବିଧିସବୁ ପାଳନ କରିବି। ମାେତେ ଏକୁଟିଆ କରି ଛାଡ଼ ନାହିଁ।
I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.
