ସେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଥିବା ପୃଥିବୀ ରେ ମୁଁ ଉପଭୋଗ କଲି। ମାରେ ଆନନ୍ଦ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଥିଲା।

ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେତେ ଏହାକୁ ବୁଝିବାକୁ ସକ୍ଷମ କରିଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବଳିଦାନ ଓ ଶସ୍ଯ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯରେ ସନ୍ତାଷେ ନାହିଁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରକୃତରେ ହାମବେଳି ଓ ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ଚାହଁ ନାହିଁ।

ସେତବେେଳେ ଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କର ନିସ୍ତାର ପର୍ବ ସମୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ହାଇଯୋଇଥିଲା। ଯୀଶୁ ଜାଣିଥିଲେ, ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଜଗତକୁ ଛାଡି ୟିବାର ସମୟ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହାଇଗେଲାଣି। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପରମପିତାଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଫରେିଯିବେ। ସେ ସବୁବେଳେ ଏହି ଜଗତ ରେ ଥିବା ତାହାଙ୍କ ନିଜର ହାଇଯୋଇଥିବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭଲ ପାଉଥିଲେ। ସେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପ୍ରତି ତାହାଙ୍କର ଗଭୀର ଓ ଚୁଡାନ୍ତ ପ୍ ରମେ ଦଖାଇେଥିଲେ।

ଯୀଶୁ କହିଲେ, ଯେଉଁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ମାେତେ ପଠାଇଛନ୍ତି, ତାହାଙ୍କର ଇଚ୍ଛା ପାଳନ କରିବା ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କର କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବା ହେଉଛି ମାରେଆହାର।

ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଯୀଶୁଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କ ଅନୁଗ୍ରହ ସହିତ ପରିଚିତ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଜାଣ ଯେ, ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟ ଈଶ୍ବରଙ୍କଠା ରେ ଧନୀ ହାଇେଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ଯ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସେ ଗରିବ ହେଲେ। ତାହାଙ୍କର ଗରିବ ହବୋ ଦ୍ବାରା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଯେପରି ଧନୀ ହୁଅ, ସେଥିପାଇଁ ଯୀଶୁଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟ ଏପରି କଲେ।
