ଯେଉଁ ସମୟରେ ସେ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ସୀମା ନିରୂପଣ କଲେ ଜଳସମୁହ ଯେପରି ତାଙ୍କର ଆଜ୍ଞା ଲଙ୍ଘନ କରି ନ ପା ରେ, ଯେଉଁ ସମୟରେ ଜଗତର ମୂଳଦୁଆସବୁ ତିଆରି କଲେ।

when he appointed בְּ֝חוּק֗וֹ ḥāqaq ha-KAHK
the foundations מ֣וֹסְדֵי môsād moh-SAHD
of the earth: אָֽרֶץ׃ ʾereṣ eh-RETS
