ଯେଉଁ ସମୟରେ ସେ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ସୀମା ନିରୂପଣ କଲେ ଜଳସମୁହ ଯେପରି ତାଙ୍କର ଆଜ୍ଞା ଲଙ୍ଘନ କରି ନ ପା ରେ, ଯେଉଁ ସମୟରେ ଜଗତର ମୂଳଦୁଆସବୁ ତିଆରି କଲେ।
