ହିତୋପଦେଶ 24:13-14

13 My son, eat thou honey, because it is good; and the honeycomb, which is sweet to thy taste:

14 So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off.

13 ହେ ମାରେ ପୁତ୍ର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମହୁ ଖାଅ। ଯେ ହତେୁ ତାହା ଭଲ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମଧୁ ଚାଖି ଖାଅ, ଯେ ହତେୁ ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସୁସ୍ବାଦୁ ଲାଗିବ।

14 ଠିକ୍ ସହେିପରି ଭାବରେ ଜ୍ଞାନ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରାଣ ପାଇଁ ମହୁପରି ଅଟେ। ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜ୍ଞାନ ଆହରଣ କର, ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଭବିଷ୍ଯତ୍ ରହିବ ଏବଂ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଆଶା କବେେ ଶଷେ ହବେ ନାହିଁ।
