Proverbs 11:3
ସତ୍ଯପ୍ରିଯ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ସରଳତା ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ପଥ ଦଖାଇବେ, କିନ୍ତୁ ବିଶ୍ବାସଘାତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ କୁଟିଳାଚରଣ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ନାଶ କରିବ।

ସହେି ଜଣେ ୟିଏ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦୋଶ ଭାବରେ ଜୀବନ ୟାପନ କରେ, ସେ ନଜକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଜଣେ ୟିଏ ତା'ର ନଜ ପଥକୁ ବିପଥରେ ନିଏ ସେ ଅକସ୍ମାତ ପଡ଼ିୟିବ।

ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କର ଦୌରାତ୍ମ୍ଯ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ବିନାଶ କରିବ। ଯେ ହତେୁ ସମାନେେ ନ୍ଯାଯ କର୍ମ କରିବାକୁ ନାସ୍ତି କରନ୍ତି।

ମନୁଷ୍ଯର ଅଜ୍ଞାନତା ନିଜର ଜୀବନକୁ ଧ୍ବଂସ କରେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ତା'ପ ରେ ସେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ବଦନାମ କରେ।

ସତ୍ଯପ୍ରିଯ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଧାର୍ମିକତା ତାହାର ପଥ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶକ ହବେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଦୁଷ୍ଟର ଦରଜା ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟତା ଦ୍ବାରା ଧ୍ବଂସ ହବେ।
ଗୀତସଂହିତା 26:1
ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମାରେ ବିଚାର କର। ପ୍ରମାଣ କର ୟେ, ମୁଁ ଶୁଦ୍ଧ ଜୀବନୟାପନ କରିଛି। ମୁଁ କବେେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧାଚରଣ କରି ନାହିଁ।
