நீதிமான்களுடைய ஆசை நன்மையே; துன்மார்க்கருடைய நம்பிக்கையோ கோபாக்கினையாய் முடியும்.

righteous,
תַּעֲלֹ֣ץtaʿălōṣta-uh-LOHTS
rejoiceth:
קִרְיָ֑הqiryâkeer-YA
city
the
perish,
and
וּבַאֲבֹ֖דûbaʾăbōdoo-va-uh-VODE
when
רְשָׁעִ֣יםrĕšāʿîmreh-sha-EEM
the
wicked
shouting.
