ବିଲିଯମ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ କହିଲା, ମାୟୋବର ରାଜା ସିପ୍ପୋରର ପୁତ୍ର ବାଲାକ୍ ମାେ ନିକଟକୁ ଏକ ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ପଠାଇଅଛନ୍ତି।
