ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଲୋକମାନେ ସମାଗମ ତମ୍ବୁର ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗ ରେ ଛାଉଣୀ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବେ। ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଦଳ ରେ ତାଙ୍କ ନିଜ ଦଳର ଧ୍ବଜା ରହିବ। ଏବଂ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିର ପାଖ ରେ ତା'ର ଦଳର ଧ୍ବଜା ପାଖ ରେ ଛାଉଣୀ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବ।
