ମୀଖା 5:2
କିନ୍ତୁ ହେ ବୈତ୍ଲହେମ୍-ଉଫ୍ରାଥା, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯିହୁଦାର ଗୋଟିଏ କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ରତମ ସହର ଅଟ। କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଶାସନକର୍ତ୍ତା ହବୋ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଜଣେ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଆମ୍ଭ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ଜନ୍ମ ହବେେ। ତାଙ୍କର ଉତ୍ପତ୍ତି ପୁରାତନ ତଥା ଅନାଦିକାଳରୁ ହାଇେଅଛି।

| of Judah, | בְּאַלְפֵ֣י | bĕʾalpê | beh-al-FAY |
| yet out of | יְהוּדָ֔ה | yĕhûdâ | yeh-hoo-DA |
| forth come he shall thee | מִמְּךָ֙ | mimmĕkā | mee-meh-HA |
| be to is that me unto | לִ֣י | lî | lee |
| ruler | יֵצֵ֔א | yēṣēʾ | yay-TSAY |
| in Israel; | לִֽהְי֥וֹת | lihĕyôt | lee-heh-YOTE |
| forth goings whose | מוֹשֵׁ֖ל | môšēl | moh-SHALE |
| have been from of old, | בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל | bĕyiśrāʾēl | beh-yees-ra-ALE |
| from everlasting. | וּמוֹצָאֹתָ֥יו | ûmôṣāʾōtāyw | oo-moh-tsa-oh-TAV |
| מִקֶּ֖דֶם | miqqedem | mee-KEH-dem | |
| מִימֵ֥י | mîmê | mee-MAY | |
| עוֹלָֽם׃ | ʿôlām | oh-LAHM |
