କିମ୍ବା କହେି ଯଦି ମନ୍ଦ କରିବାକୁ କି ଭଲ କରିବାକୁ ବାଚାଳତା ପୂର୍ବକ ଶପଥ କରେ ଏବଂ ସେ ଶପଥ ବିଷଯ ରେ ଭୂଲିୟାଏ, ସେ ଦୋଷୀ ବୋଲି ବିବଚେିତ ହବେ, ଯେତବେେଳେ ସେ ମନେ ପକାଇବ କାରଣ ସେ ତା'ର ଶପଥ ରକ୍ଷା କରିପାରିଲା ନାହିଁ।
