ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ସନ୍ତାନଗଣଙ୍କୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ କୁହ, ସପ୍ତମ ମାସର ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ମହାବିଶ୍ରାମ, ତୂରୀଧ୍ଯନି ଦ୍ବାରା ସ୍ମରଣାର୍ଥକ ପବିତ୍ର ସଭା ହବେ।

ତୂରୀ ବାଦକ ଓ ଗାଯକ ଲୋକମାନେ ଜଣେ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ତୁଲ୍ଯ ଥିଲେ। ଯେତବେେଳେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଓ ଧନ୍ଯବାଦ ଗାନ କରାଗଲା ସମାନେେ ଏକ ଶବ୍ଦ କଲେ। ସମାନେେ ତୂରୀ, ଗିନି ଓ ବାଦ୍ଯୟନ୍ତ୍ର ସହିତ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ବର କଲେ। ସମାନେେ ଏହି ଗୀତ ଗାଇଲେ, 'ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କଲେ, କାରଣ ସେ ମଙ୍ଗଳମଯ। ତାଙ୍କର ସତ୍ଯ ପ୍ ରମେ ଅନନ୍ତକାଳସ୍ଥାଯୀ ଅଟେ।
ଗଣନା ପୁସ୍ତକ 29:1
ଆଉ ସପ୍ତମ ମାସର ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନ ରେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଗୋଟିଏ ପବିତ୍ରସଭା ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍। ସହେି ଦିନ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ କୌଣସି କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍ ନୁହଁ। ସହେି ଦିନଟି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ତୂରୀଧ୍ବନି କରିବାର ଦିନ।
ଯିଶାଇୟ 27:13
ସଦେିନ ଗୋଟିଏ ବଡ଼ ମଷେର ଶିଙ୍କା ବାଜିବ। ଅଶୂର ଦେଶ ରେ ହଜି ୟାଇଥିବା ଲୋକ ଏବଂ ମିଶରକୁ ବିତାଡ଼ିତ ହାଇେଥିବା ଲୋକମାନେ ସଦେିନ ଆସିବେ। ୟିରୁଶାଲମର ପବିତ୍ର ପର୍ବତ ରେ ସମାନେେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଣାମ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏକତ୍ରୀତ ହବେେ।

ଏହିପରି, ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ନିଯମସିନ୍ଦୁକକୁ ନଇେଆସିଲେ। ସମାନେେ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ବର କଲେ, ସମାନେେ ମେଣ୍ଢା ଶିଙ୍ଗରୁ ନିର୍ମିତ ବାଦ୍ଯ ଓ ତୂରୀ ବଜାଇଲେ, ଆହୁରି ମଧ୍ଯ ସମାନେେ ଗିନି, ସାରଙ୍ଗ ଓ ବୀଣା ବଜାଇଲେ।
