ଯିରିମିୟଙ୍କ ବିଳାପ 2:17
ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଯାହା ସଙ୍କଳ୍ପ କରିଥିଲେ, ତାହା ସିଦ୍ଧ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ବହୁକାଳ ପୂର୍ବେ ଯାହା ଆଜ୍ଞା କରିଥିଲେ, ସହେି ବାକ୍ଯ ସଫଳ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ନିପାତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ଦୟା କରି ନାହାଁନ୍ତି। ଆଉ ସେ ଶତ୍ରୁକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉପ ରେ ଆନନ୍ଦ କରିବାକୁ ଦଇେଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିପକ୍ଷ ରେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଉନ୍ନତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।

| pitied: | חָמָ֑ל | ḥāmāl | ha-MAHL |
| enemy thine caused hath he and | וַיְשַׂמַּ֤ח | wayśammaḥ | vai-sa-MAHK |
| rejoice to | עָלַ֙יִךְ֙ | ʿālayik | ah-LA-yeek |
| over | אוֹיֵ֔ב | ʾôyēb | oh-YAVE |
| up set hath he thee, | הֵרִ֖ים | hērîm | hay-REEM |
| the horn | קֶ֥רֶן | qeren | KEH-ren |
