Isaiah 42
14 ଦୀର୍ଘକାଳ ଧରି ମୁଁ ନୀରବ ରହି ଆସୁଅଛି। ମୁଁ ତଥାପି ନୀରବ ଅଛି। ମାତ୍ର ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଆମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରସବକାରିଣୀ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପରି ଚିତ୍କାର କରିବୁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦୀର୍ଘ ନିଃଶ୍ବାସ ଏବଂ ଆକାଂକ୍ଷା ହବେୁ।
15 ଆମ୍ଭେ ପର୍ବତ ଓ ଉପପର୍ବତଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଧ୍ବଂସ କରିବୁ ଓ ତହିଁରେ ଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ଗୁଳ୍ମଲତାକୁ ଶୁଷ୍କ କରିବୁ। ନଦନଦୀକୁ ଦ୍ବୀପ ରେ ପରିଣତ କରିବୁ ଓ ଜଳାଶଯକୁ ଶୁଷ୍କ କରିବୁ।
14 I have long time holden my peace; I have been still, and refrained myself: now will I cry like a travailing woman; I will destroy and devour at once.
15 I will make waste mountains and hills, and dry up all their herbs; and I will make the rivers islands, and I will dry up the pools.
