ଆଦି ପୁସ୍ତକ 41:48
ଯୋଷଫେ ସହେି ସାତ ବର୍ଷ ରେ ମିଶର ଦେଶ ରେ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ ଶସ୍ଯ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରି ପ୍ରତି ନଗର ରେ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କଲେ। ଯେଉଁ ନଗରର ଚାରିଆଡ଼େ ଭୂମିରେ ଯେତେ ଶସ୍ଯ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ ହେଲା, ତାହା ସବୁ ସହେି ନଗର ରେ ସଂଗ୍ରହ ହେଲା।

| Egypt, of | מִצְרַ֔יִם | miṣrayim | meets-RA-yeem |
| and laid up | וַיִּתֶּן | wayyitten | va-yee-TEN |
| food the | אֹ֖כֶל | ʾōkel | OH-hel |
| in the cities: | בֶּֽעָרִ֑ים | beʿārîm | beh-ah-REEM |
| food the | אֹ֧כֶל | ʾōkel | OH-hel |
| of the field, | שְׂדֵה | śĕdē | seh-DAY |
| which | הָעִ֛יר | hāʿîr | ha-EER |
| about round was | אֲשֶׁ֥ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| every city, | סְבִֽיבֹתֶ֖יהָ | sĕbîbōtêhā | seh-vee-voh-TAY-ha |
