ଏହିପରି ଭାବରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପୃଥିବୀର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛିନ୍ନ ବିଛିନ୍ନ କରି ପକାଇଲେ। ତେଣୁ ସହେି ଲୋକମାନେ ନଗର ନିର୍ମାଣ ଶଷେ କରିପାରିଲେ ନାହିଁ।
