ଆଦି ପୁସ୍ତକ 1:24
ଏହାପରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର କହିଲେ, ନିଜ ଜାତି ଅନୁସାରେ ପୃଥିବୀ ଜୀବିତ ପ୍ରାଣୀ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ କରୁ। ଜାତି ଶ୍ ରଣେୀ ଅନୁସାରେ ବନ୍ଯଜନ୍ତୁଗଣ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ ହୁଅନ୍ତୁ। ଏହାପରେ ସହେିପରି ହେଲା।

| living the | נֶ֤פֶשׁ | nepeš | NEH-fesh |
| creature | חַיָּה֙ | ḥayyāh | ha-YA |
| after his kind, | לְמִינָ֔הּ | lĕmînāh | leh-mee-NA |
| cattle, | בְּהֵמָ֥ה | bĕhēmâ | beh-hay-MA |
| thing, creeping and | וָרֶ֛מֶשׂ | wāremeś | va-REH-mes |
| and beast | וְחַֽיְתוֹ | wĕḥaytô | veh-HA-toh |
| of the earth | אֶ֖רֶץ | ʾereṣ | EH-rets |
| kind: his after | לְמִינָ֑הּ | lĕmînāh | leh-mee-NA |
| and it was | וַֽיְהִי | wayhî | VA-hee |
| so. | כֵֽן׃ | kēn | hane |
