ଯାତ୍ରା ପୁସ୍ତକ 29
1 ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ କହିବ, ହାରୋଣ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ କିପରି ଯାଜକ ଭାବେ ନିୟିକ୍ତି କରିବା ପାଇଁ ହବେ। ଏକ ନିଖୁଣ ବାଛୁରୀ ଓ ଦୁଇଟି ନିଖୁଣ ଅଣ୍ଡିରା ମଷେ ନିଅ।
2 ଏହାପରେ ତାଡିଶୁନ୍ଯ ରୋଟୀ ଓ ତୈଳୟୁକ୍ତ ତାଡିଶୂନ୍ଯ ଚକୁଳୀ, ଏବଂ ତୈଳୟୁକ୍ତ ସରୁ ପିଠା, ଏହିସବୁ ଭଲ ଗହମରୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ତାଡୀଶୂନ୍ଯ ଅଟାରୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବ।
3 ଏହି ପିଠା ଓ ରୋଟୀତକ ଡାଲା ରେ ରଖ। ଏହାପରେ ସହେି ଡାଲା ସହିତ ଏକ ଗୋବତ୍ସ ଓ ଦୁଇଟି ଅଣ୍ଡିରା ମଷେ ସମାଗମ ତମ୍ବୁ ନିକଟକୁ ଆଣ।
4 ଏହାପରେ ହାରୋଣ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ପବିତ୍ର ସମାଗମ ତମ୍ବୁ ସ୍ଥାନର ଦ୍ବାର ଦେଶକୁ ଆଣ। ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଗା ଧୋଇ ଦିଅ।
5 ହାରୋଣକୁ ସହେି ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ବସ୍ତ୍ର ପିନ୍ଧାଅ। ଶୁକ୍ଲ ସୂତ୍ର ରେ ବୁଣା ୟାଇଥିବା ଚୋଗା ଏବଂ ଏଫୋଦର ଚୋଗା ଓ ବୁକୁପଟା ସହିତ ପରିଧାନ କରାଇବ। ଆଉ ଚିତ୍ରିତ କଟୀବନ୍ଧନ ତାହାର କଟୀ ରେ ବନ୍ଧ।
6 ତାହାର ମସ୍ତକରେ ପାଗ ବାନ୍ଧି ତା' ଉପରେ ଏକ ପବିତ୍ର ମୁକୁଟ ଦବେ।
7 ଏହାପରେ ଅଭିଷକୋର୍ଥକ ତୈଳ ନଇେ ତାହାର ମସ୍ତକ ଉପରେ ଢାଳି ତାକୁ ଅଭିଷକେ କରିବ।
8 ଏହାପରେ ହାରୋଣର ପୁତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ସହେି ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଆଣ। ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଧଳା ଜାମା ପରିଧାନ କରାଇବ।
9 ହାରୋଣର ଓ ତା'ର ପୁତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କର କଟୀ ରେ କଟୀବନ୍ଧନ ବାନ୍ଧିଦିଅ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ମସ୍ତକରେ ପଗଡି ବାନ୍ଧ। ତହିଁରେ ସମାନେେ ବିଶଷେ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଅନୁସାରେ ସର୍ବଦା ଯାଜକ ହବେେ।
10 ତା'ପରେ ସହେି ବାଛୁରୀକୁ ସମାଗମ ତମ୍ବୁ ନିକଟକୁ ଆଣ। ହାରୋଣ ଏବଂ ତା'ର ପୁତ୍ରମାନେ ସହେି ଗୋବତ୍ସ ମସ୍ତକରେ ହାତ ରଖିବେ।
11 ଏହାପରେ ସହେି ବାଛୁରୀକୁ ସହେିଠା ରେ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ସହେି ପ୍ରବେଶ ଦ୍ବାର ନିକଟରେ ହତ୍ଯା କର। ଏହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ହବେ।
12 ଏହାପରେ ସହେି ପାଛୁରୀର କିଛି ରକ୍ତ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀ ନିକଟକୁ ନିଅ। ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅଙ୍ଗୁଳି ରେ ରକ୍ତ ନଇେ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀର ଶିଙ୍ଗ ଉପରେ ଦିଅ ଓ ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ରକ୍ତ ବଦେୀ ମୂଳ ରେ ଢାଳ।
13 ତା'ପରେ ତା'ର ଭିତରର ମଦେ, କଲିଜାର ମଦେ ଅଂଶ, ୟକୃତ ଏବଂ ଚାରିପଟେ ଥିବା ମଦକେୁ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀ ରେ ଦଗ୍ଧ କର।
14 ଏହାପରେ ବାଛୁରୀର ମାଂସ, ଚର୍ମ ଏବଂ ତା'ର ଗୋବର ନଇେ ଛାଉଣୀ ବାହା ରେ ଦଗ୍ଧ କର। ଏହା ଯାଜକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ହବେ।
15 ଏହାପରେ ହାରୋଣ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ କୁହ ସମାନେେ ତାଙ୍କର ହସ୍ତ ଏକ ଅଣ୍ଡିରା ମଷେର ମସ୍ତକ ଉପରେ ରଖିବେ।
16 ସହେି ଅଣ୍ଡିରା ମଷେକୁ ହତ୍ଯା କର ଓ ତା'ର ରକ୍ତ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କର। ସହେି ରକ୍ତକୁ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀର ଚାରିକାନ୍ଥ ରେ ଛିଞ୍ଚି ଦିଅ।
17 ଏହାପରେ ଅଣ୍ଡିରା ମଷେକୁ ଖଣ୍ଡ ଖଣ୍ଡ କରି କାଟ। ତାହାର ଅନ୍ତ ଓ ଗୋଡ ଧେ ୗତ କରି ତାହାସବୁ ସହେି ଖଣ୍ଡ ସକଳ ଓ ତା'ର ମସ୍ତକ ସହିତ ରଖ।
18 ଏହାପରେ ଗୋଟ ମଷେକୁ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀ ଉପରେ ଦଗ୍ଧ କରିବ। ତାହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ହାମବେଳି। ଏହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସୁବାସିତ ଉପହାର।
19 ହାରୋଣକୁ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅନ୍ୟ ଅଣ୍ଡିରା ମଷେ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ଉପରେ ହାତ ରଖିବାକୁ କୁହ।
20 ସହେି ଅଣ୍ଡିରା ମଷେକୁ ହତ୍ଯାକର ଏବଂ ତା'ର କିଛି ରକ୍ତ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କର। ସହେି ରକ୍ତକୁ ହାରୋଣର ଦକ୍ଷିଣକର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତ ରେ ଓ ତା'ର ପୁତ୍ରଗଣର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ କର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ଲଗାଅ। ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଦକ୍ଷିଣହସ୍ତର ବୃଦ୍ଧା ଆଙ୍ଗୁଠି ଉପରେ ଓ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ପାଦର ବୃଦ୍ଧାଙ୍ଗୁଠି ଉପରେ ଏହା ଲଗାଅ। ପୁଣି ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀର ଚାହିଆଡେ ରକ୍ତ ଛିଞ୍ଚ।
21 ଏହାପରେ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀର ଉପରିସ୍ଥିତ ରକ୍ତରୁ ଓ ଅଭିଷକୋର୍ଥକ ତୈଳରୁ କିଛି ନଇେ ହାରୋଣ ଉପରେ ଓ ତାହାର ବସ୍ତ୍ର ଉପରେ, ପୁଣି ତାହା ସହିତ ତାହାର ପୁତ୍ରଗଣ ଉପରେ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ବସ୍ତ୍ର ଉପରେ ଛିଞ୍ଚିବ। ତହିଁରେ ସେ ଓ ତାହା ସହିତ ତାହାର ବସ୍ତ୍ର, ପୁଣି ତାହାର ପୁତ୍ରଗଣ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ବସ୍ତ୍ର ପବିତ୍ର ହବେ।
22 ଆହୁରି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସହେି ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗୀତ ମଷେର ମଦେ ଓ ମଦମେଯ ଲାଙ୍ଗୁଳ ଓ ଅନ୍ତ ଉପରିସ୍ଥ ମଦେ ଓ ୟକୃତର ଉପରିସ୍ଥ ଅନ୍ତାପ୍ଲାବକ ଓ ଦୁଇ ଗୁରୁଦା ଓ ତହିଁ ଉପରିସ୍ଥ ମଦେ ଓ ଡାହାଣ ଚଟୁଆ ନିଅ। ଯେ ହତେୁ ତାହା ଏକ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗୀକୃତ ଅଣ୍ଡିରା ମଷେ।
23 ଏହାପରେ ତାଡୀଶୂନ୍ଯ ରୋଟୀ ଡାଲା ନଇେ ସହେି ଡାଲାକୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ଥୋଇବ। ସହେି ଡାଲାରୁ ଏକ ରୋଟୀ, ତୈଳ ମିଶ୍ରିତ ଏକ ପିଠା ଓ ଏକ ସରୁ ଚକୁଳି ହବେ।
24 ଏହିସବୁ ନଇେ ହାରୋଣ ଏବଂ ତା'ର ପୁତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ହାତ ରେ ଧରିବେ। ଏହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ହବେ।
25 ଏହାପରେ ହାରୋଣ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ରଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତରୁ ଏହି ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ନଇେ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀର ହାମବେଳି ଉପରେ ଦଗ୍ଧ କର। ଏହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏକ ସୁବାସିତ ଉପହାର।
26 ହାରୋଣଙ୍କର ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗୀକୃତ ଅଣ୍ଡିରା ମଷେର ଛାତି ନିଅ ଏବଂ ଏହାକୁ ବିଶଷେ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯରୂପେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ଧର। ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅଂଶ ହବେ।
27 ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗୀକୃତ ମଷେର ଛାତି ଓ ଗୋଡ଼କୁ ନିଅ ଏବଂ ଏହାକୁ ପବିତ୍ର ରୂପେ ପୃଥକ୍ କର। ଏହି ଅଂଶସବୁ ହାରୋଣ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦିଅ।
28 ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟମାନେ ସର୍ବଦା ହାରୋଣ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହିସବୁ ଅଂଶ ଦବେେ। ଯେତବେେଳେ ଇଶ୍ରାଯୋଲର ଲୋକମାନେ ସହେିସବୁ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ଦବେେ ସହେି ସମୟରେ ହାରୋଣ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ରମାନେ ଏହିସବୁ ଅଂଶ ପାଇବେ। ସମାନେେ ଯାଜକକୁ ଯେତବେେଳେ ଏହିସବୁ ଅଂଶ ଦବେେ, ଏହା ୟାୟକମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାୟିବ।
29 ହାରୋଣଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ଏହି ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ବସ୍ତ୍ରକୁ ସାଇତି ରଖ। ତାଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ପରେ ଏହି ପୋଷାକ ତାଙ୍କର ଭବିଷ୍ଯତ ବଂଶଧରମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ବ୍ଯବହାର ହବେ। ସେ ଏହାକୁ ପିନ୍ଧିବେ ଯେତବେେଳେ ସେ ଅଭିଷିକ୍ତ ଓ ଯାଜକ ପଦ ରେ ସମ୍ପ୍ରଦାଯଭୁକ୍ତ ହବେେ।
30 ହାରୋଣଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ପରେ ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ର ମହାୟାଜକ ହବେେ। ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ର ଏହି ବିଶଷେ ପୋଷାକକୁ ସାତ ଦିନ ଧରି ପରିଧାନ କରିବେ। ଯେତବେେଳେ ସମାନେେ ସମାଗମ ତମ୍ବୁକୁ ଆସିବେ, ସହେି ପବିତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ସବୋ କରିବେ।
31 ଏହାପରେ ସହେି ପଦ ନି ଯୋଗର୍ଥକ ଅଣ୍ଡିରା ମଷେର ମାଂସ ନଇେ ଗୋଟିଏ ପବିତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ରୋଷଇେ କର।
32 ଏହାପରେ ହାରୋଣ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ରମାନେ ସମାଗମ ତମ୍ବୁ ଦ୍ବାର ଦେଶ ରେ ଏହାକୁ ଖାଇବେ। ଡାଲା ରେ ଥିବା ରୋଟୀକୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ସମାନେେ ଖାଇବେ।
33 ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ପଦ ରେ ନିୟୁକ୍ତ ଓ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଯାହାଦ୍ବାରା ପ୍ରାଯଶ୍ଚିତ ହେଲା, ତାହା ସମାନେେ ଭୋଜନ କରିବେ। ମାତ୍ର କୌଣସି ଅନ୍ୟ ବଂଶୀଯ ଲୋକ ତାହା ଭୋଜନ କରିବ ନାହିଁକାରଣ ତାହାସବୁ ପବିତ୍ର ବସ୍ତୁ।
34 ଯଦି ପଦ ନି ଯୋଗର୍ଥକ ମାଂସର କିଛି ଏଂଶ କିମ୍ବା ରୋଟୀ ସକାର ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ରହିୟାଏ, ତବେେ ତାକୁ ଅଗ୍ନି ରେ ଦଗ୍ଧ କର। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ କହେି ଏହାକୁ ଖାଇବା ଉଚିତ୍ ନୁହଁ, କରଣ ଏହା ପବିତ୍ର ଅଟେ।
35 ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଏହିସବୁ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିବ, ହାରୋଣ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଦଇେଥିବା ଆଜ୍ଞାନୁସା ରେ ନିଶ୍ଚଯ କରିବ। ତାଙ୍କର ପଦ ନିୟୋଗ ପାଇଁ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଭାବରେ ସାତଦିନ ପାଇଁ ଲାଗିବ।
36 ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏବଂ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀକୁ ପବିତ୍ର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସାତଦିନ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଦିନ ଏକ ବାଛୁରୀ ବଳିରୂପେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍। ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗୀତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏହା ଉପରେ ଅଲିଭ ତୈଳ ଢାଳ।
37 ସାତଦିନ ୟାଏ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କର। ଏହିପରି ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀଟି ଅତି ପବିତ୍ର ହବେ। ଯାହା କିଛି ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀକୁ ସ୍ପର୍ଶ କରେ ନିଶ୍ଚଯ ସେସବୁ ପବିତ୍ର ହବେ।
38 ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଦିନ ସହେି ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀ ଉପରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ। ଏହି ବଳି ପାଇଁ ମଷେଶାବକ ଏକ ବର୍ଷୀଯ ହବେ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଦିନ ଏହା ଦୁଇଟି ବଳି ହବେ।
39 ପ୍ରଥମ ମଷେଶାବକ ପ୍ରଭାତ ରେ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟଟି ସନ୍ଧ୍ଯା ସମୟରେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।
40 ଯେତବେେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରଥମ ମଷେଶାବକ ସହିତ ଚତୁର୍ଥାଂଶ ନିର୍ମଳ ପଷୋ ତୈଳ ରେ ମିଶ୍ରୀତ ଏକ ଐଫାର ଦଶମାଂଶ ମଇଦା ଓ ପଯେ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ନିମନ୍ତେ ହିନର ଚତୁର୍ଥାଂଶ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କର।
41 ସନ୍ଧ୍ଯା ସମୟରେ ଯେତବେେଳେ ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ମଷେ ଶାବକକୁ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ, ପ୍ରଭାତ ରେ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ଯ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ଓ ପଯେ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ପ୍ରମାଣେ ତୃଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ଆଘ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ଅଗ୍ନି ଉପହାର ସ୍ବରୂପେ ତାହା ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।
42 ଏହା ସମାଗମ ତମ୍ବୁ ଦ୍ବାର ନିକଟରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପୁରୁଷାନୁକ୍ରମେ ନିତ୍ଯ ହାମବେଳି ହବେ। ସହେି ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସହିତ ଆଳାପ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସାକ୍ଷାତ କରିବି।
43 ସହେି ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ମୁଁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସାକ୍ଷାତ କରିବି। ମାରେ ମହିମା ରେ ତମ୍ବୁଟି ପବିତ୍ର ହବେ।
44 ମୁଁ ସମାଗମ ତମ୍ବୁ ଓ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀ ପବିତ୍ର କରିବି ଏବଂ ହାରୋଣ ଓ ତା'ର ପୁତ୍ରଗଣକୁ ଯାଜକ ରୂପେ ମାରେ ସବୋ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବି।
45 ମୁଁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ବାସ କରିବି ଏବଂ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ହବେି।
46 ତହିଁରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତାହା ସମାନେେ ଜାଣିବେ। ସମାନଙ୍କେ ମଧିଅରେ ବାସ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ମିଶର ଦେଶରୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିଛୁ, ତାହା ସମାନେେ ଜାଣିବେ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ପରମେଶ୍ବର।
1 And this is the thing that thou shalt do unto them to hallow them, to minister unto me in the priest’s office: Take one young bullock, and two rams without blemish,
2 And unleavened bread, and cakes unleavened tempered with oil, and wafers unleavened anointed with oil: of wheaten flour shalt thou make them.
3 And thou shalt put them into one basket, and bring them in the basket, with the bullock and the two rams.
4 And Aaron and his sons thou shalt bring unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and shalt wash them with water.
5 And thou shalt take the garments, and put upon Aaron the coat, and the robe of the ephod, and the ephod, and the breastplate, and gird him with the curious girdle of the ephod:
6 And thou shalt put the mitre upon his head, and put the holy crown upon the mitre.
7 Then shalt thou take the anointing oil, and pour it upon his head, and anoint him.
8 And thou shalt bring his sons, and put coats upon them.
9 And thou shalt gird them with girdles, Aaron and his sons, and put the bonnets on them: and the priest’s office shall be theirs for a perpetual statute: and thou shalt consecrate Aaron and his sons.
10 And thou shalt cause a bullock to be brought before the tabernacle of the congregation: and Aaron and his sons shall put their hands upon the head of the bullock.
11 And thou shalt kill the bullock before the Lord, by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
12 And thou shalt take of the blood of the bullock, and put it upon the horns of the altar with thy finger, and pour all the blood beside the bottom of the altar.
13 And thou shalt take all the fat that covereth the inwards, and the caul that is above the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, and burn them upon the altar.
14 But the flesh of the bullock, and his skin, and his dung, shalt thou burn with fire without the camp: it is a sin offering.
15 Thou shalt also take one ram; and Aaron and his sons shall put their hands upon the head of the ram.
16 And thou shalt slay the ram, and thou shalt take his blood, and sprinkle it round about upon the altar.
17 And thou shalt cut the ram in pieces, and wash the inwards of him, and his legs, and put them unto his pieces, and unto his head.
18 And thou shalt burn the whole ram upon the altar: it is a burnt offering unto the Lord: it is a sweet savour, an offering made by fire unto the Lord.
19 And thou shalt take the other ram; and Aaron and his sons shall put their hands upon the head of the ram.
20 Then shalt thou kill the ram, and take of his blood, and put it upon the tip of the right ear of Aaron, and upon the tip of the right ear of his sons, and upon the thumb of their right hand, and upon the great toe of their right foot, and sprinkle the blood upon the altar round about.
21 And thou shalt take of the blood that is upon the altar, and of the anointing oil, and sprinkle it upon Aaron, and upon his garments, and upon his sons, and upon the garments of his sons with him: and he shall be hallowed, and his garments, and his sons, and his sons’ garments with him.
22 Also thou shalt take of the ram the fat and the rump, and the fat that covereth the inwards, and the caul above the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, and the right shoulder; for it is a ram of consecration:
23 And one loaf of bread, and one cake of oiled bread, and one wafer out of the basket of the unleavened bread that is before the Lord:
24 And thou shalt put all in the hands of Aaron, and in the hands of his sons; and shalt wave them for a wave offering before the Lord.
25 And thou shalt receive them of their hands, and burn them upon the altar for a burnt offering, for a sweet savour before the Lord: it is an offering made by fire unto the Lord.
26 And thou shalt take the breast of the ram of Aaron’s consecration, and wave it for a wave offering before the Lord: and it shall be thy part.
27 And thou shalt sanctify the breast of the wave offering, and the shoulder of the heave offering, which is waved, and which is heaved up, of the ram of the consecration, even of that which is for Aaron, and of that which is for his sons:
28 And it shall be Aaron’s and his sons’ by a statute for ever from the children of Israel: for it is an heave offering: and it shall be an heave offering from the children of Israel of the sacrifice of their peace offerings, even their heave offering unto the Lord.
29 And the holy garments of Aaron shall be his sons’ after him, to be anointed therein, and to be consecrated in them.
30 And that son that is priest in his stead shall put them on seven days, when he cometh into the tabernacle of the congregation to minister in the holy place.
31 And thou shalt take the ram of the consecration, and seethe his flesh in the holy place.
32 And Aaron and his sons shall eat the flesh of the ram, and the bread that is in the basket, by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
33 And they shall eat those things wherewith the atonement was made, to consecrate and to sanctify them: but a stranger shall not eat thereof, because they are holy.
34 And if ought of the flesh of the consecrations, or of the bread, remain unto the morning, then thou shalt burn the remainder with fire: it shall not be eaten, because it is holy.
35 And thus shalt thou do unto Aaron, and to his sons, according to all things which I have commanded thee: seven days shalt thou consecrate them.
36 And thou shalt offer every day a bullock for a sin offering for atonement: and thou shalt cleanse the altar, when thou hast made an atonement for it, and thou shalt anoint it, to sanctify it.
37 Seven days thou shalt make an atonement for the altar, and sanctify it; and it shall be an altar most holy: whatsoever toucheth the altar shall be holy.
38 Now this is that which thou shalt offer upon the altar; two lambs of the first year day by day continually.
39 The one lamb thou shalt offer in the morning; and the other lamb thou shalt offer at even:
40 And with the one lamb a tenth deal of flour mingled with the fourth part of an hin of beaten oil; and the fourth part of an hin of wine for a drink offering.
41 And the other lamb thou shalt offer at even, and shalt do thereto according to the meat offering of the morning, and according to the drink offering thereof, for a sweet savour, an offering made by fire unto the Lord.
42 This shall be a continual burnt offering throughout your generations at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the Lord: where I will meet you, to speak there unto thee.
43 And there I will meet with the children of Israel, and the tabernacle shall be sanctified by my glory.
44 And I will sanctify the tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar: I will sanctify also both Aaron and his sons, to minister to me in the priest’s office.
45 And I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will be their God.
46 And they shall know that I am the Lord their God, that brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, that I may dwell among them: I am the Lord their God.
Job 36 in Tamil and English
1 વળી અલીહૂએ આગળ અનુસંધાનમાં કહ્યું;
Elihu also proceeded, and said,
2 “જરા લાંબો સમય મને નિભાવી લે, દેવના પક્ષમાં હું થોડા વધુ શબ્દો છે કહેવા ઇચ્છું છું.
Suffer me a little, and I will shew thee that I have yet to speak on God’s behalf.
3 હું મારું જ્ઞાન એકેએક સાથે વહેચીશ, દેવે મારું સર્જન કર્યુ અને તે ન્યાયી છે તે હું સાબિત કરીશ.
I will fetch my knowledge from afar, and will ascribe righteousness to my Maker.
4 હું તને જણાવું છું કે તે ખરેખર સત્ય છે કેમ કે હું સંપૂર્ણ જ્ઞાની છું.
For truly my words shall not be false: he that is perfect in knowledge is with thee.
5 દેવ મહા બળવાન છે, પણ એ કોઇનો તિરસ્કાર કરતા નથી. દેવ ખૂબ બુદ્ધિમાન છે, પણ ખૂબ વિદ્વાન પણ છે.
Behold, God is mighty, and despiseth not any: he is mighty in strength and wisdom.
6 એ દુષ્ટોને જીવતા રહેવા દેતા નથી; પણ ગરીબોનો ન્યાય કરે છે.
He preserveth not the life of the wicked: but giveth right to the poor.
7 જે સચ્ચાઇથી રહે છે, તે લોકો પર દેવ નજર રાખે છે. તે તેઓને રાજાઓની સાથે સિંહાસન પર બેસાડે છે અને તેઓ સદાય ઉચ્ચ સ્થાન પર રહે છે.
He withdraweth not his eyes from the righteous: but with kings are they on the throne; yea, he doth establish them for ever, and they are exalted.
8 તેથી જો લોકોને સજા થઇ છે, જો તેઓ સાંકળ અને દોરડાથી બંધાયેલા છે, તો તેઓએ કાંઇક ખોટું કર્યું છે.
And if they be bound in fetters, and be holden in cords of affliction;
9 અને દેવ તેને કહેશે, તેઓએ શું કર્યું હતું. દેવ તેને કહેશે કે તેઓએ પાપ કર્યા હતા. દેવ તેઓને કહેશે તેઓ ઉદ્ધત હતા.
Then he sheweth them their work, and their transgressions that they have exceeded.
10 દેવ તેઓને પાપ કરવાનું મૂકી દેવાનો આદેશ આપશે અને તેઓના શિક્ષણ તરફ કાન ઉઘાડે છે.
He openeth also their ear to discipline, and commandeth that they return from iniquity.
11 તેઓ જો એનું માને અને એની સેવા કરે તો તેઓ તેમનું બાકીનું જીવન સમૃદ્ધિમાં ગાળશે. તેઓના વષોર્ સુખથી ભરેલા હશે.
If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.
12 પરંતુ જો તેઓ એનું ન માને તો તેઓ અજ્ઞાનમાંજ મૃત્યુ પામે અને મૃત્યુલોકમાં પહોંચી જાય.
But if they obey not, they shall perish by the sword, and they shall die without knowledge.
13 લોકો જે દેવની ચિંતા કરતા નથી જ્યારે આખો વખત તેઓ દુ:ખી રહે છે. દેવ તેઓને શિક્ષા કરે છે ત્યારે પણ તેઓ તેમને મદદ માટે પ્રાર્થના કરતા નથી.
But the hypocrites in heart heap up wrath: they cry not when he bindeth them.
14 તેઓ હજુ જુવાન હશે મરી જશે. અને તેમનો જીવ દુષ્ટોની સાથે નાશ પામે છે.
They die in youth, and their life is among the unclean.
15 પણ દુષ્ટલોકોને તેઓના દુ:ખ દ્વારા નરમ બનાવે છે. દેવ તે દુ:ખ દ્વારા લોકોને જગાડી અને તેને સાંભળતા કરે છે.
He delivereth the poor in his affliction, and openeth their ears in oppression.
16 તેણે તને દુ:ખમાંથી દૂર કર્યો છે, તેણે તને નિરાંતનું જીવન આપ્યું છે. તેણે તને પુષ્કળ પ્રમાણમાં ખોરાક પીરસ્યો છે.
Even so would he have removed thee out of the strait into a broad place, where there is no straitness; and that which should be set on thy table should be full of fatness.
17 પરંતુ હવે અયૂબ, તું દોષિત ઠરાયો. તેથી તને એક દુષ્ટ વ્યકિતની જેમ સજા થઇ.
But thou hast fulfilled the judgment of the wicked: judgment and justice take hold on thee.
18 હવે તમે સાવધ રહેજો, જેથી સમૃદ્ધિ તમને ફોસલાવે નહિઁ, લાંચ તમારું મન બદલાવે નહિ.
Because there is wrath, beware lest he take thee away with his stroke: then a great ransom cannot deliver thee.
19 સંકટમાં તારી અઢળક સમૃદ્ધિ તને શા કામની? તારી શકિત તારા શા કામની?
Will he esteem thy riches? no, not gold, nor all the forces of strength.
20 રાતે આવવાની ઇચ્છા કરતો નહિ. લોકો રાત્રિમા અલોપ થઇ જવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરે છે. તેઓ વિચારે છે કે તેઓ પોતાને દેવથી સંતાડી શકશે.
Desire not the night, when people are cut off in their place.
21 અયૂબ, તેઁ ખૂબજ પીડા ભોગવી છે. પણ અનિષ્ટ પસંદ કરતો નહિ કંઇ પણ ખોટું નહિ કરવાની સાવચેતી રાખજે.
Take heed, regard not iniquity: for this hast thou chosen rather than affliction.
22 દેવ પોતાના સાર્મથ્ય વડે મહિમાવાન કાર્યો કરે છે. એના જેવો ગુરુ છે કોણ?
Behold, God exalteth by his power: who teacheth like him?
23 એમણે શું કરવું એ કોઇ એમને કહી શકે ખરું? તમે ખોટું કર્યુ છે એમ એમને કોણ કહી શકે?’
Who hath enjoined him his way? or who can say, Thou hast wrought iniquity?
24 તેમણે પ્રતાપી કાર્યો કરેલા છે. તેમણે કરેલાં મહાન કાર્યો માટે તેમની સ્તુતિ કરવાનું યાદ રાખ. લોકોએ દેવની સ્તુતિ વર્ણવતા ઘણા ગીતો લખ્યા છે.
Remember that thou magnify his work, which men behold.
25 દેવે જે કાઇં કર્યુ છે તે બધાએ જોયું છે, દૂર દેશાવરમાં પણ લોકો તે જોઇ શકે છે.
Every man may see it; man may behold it afar off.
26 દેવ એટલાં મહાન છે કે આપણે તેમને સમજી શકતા નથી. કેટલા સમયથી દેવ છે તે કોઇ સમજી શકે એમ નથી.
Behold, God is great, and we know him not, neither can the number of his years be searched out.
27 દેવ, પૃથ્વી પરથી પાણીને ઊંચે લઇ જઇ અને તેનું ઝાકળ અને વરસાદમાં રૂપાંતર કરે છે.
For he maketh small the drops of water: they pour down rain according to the vapour thereof:
28 જે વાદળોમાંથી પૃથ્વી પર વરસે છે અને અનેક લોકો પર પડે છે.
Which the clouds do drop and distil upon man abundantly.
29 દેવ કેવી રીતે વાદળો પાથરે છે, અને તેમાં થતી ગર્જનાઓને કોઇ સમજી શકે છે ખરું?
Also can any understand the spreadings of the clouds, or the noise of his tabernacle?
30 જુઓ, દેવ પૃથ્વી પર વિજળી ફેલાવે છે અને મહાસાગરના ઊંડામાં ઊંડા ભાગને ઢાંકી દે છે.
Behold, he spreadeth his light upon it, and covereth the bottom of the sea.
31 દેવ પોતાના અદ્ભૂત અંકુશ વડે, તે લોકો પર શાસન કરે છે અને તેઓને ભરપૂર ખોરાક પૂરો પાડે છે.
For by them judgeth he the people; he giveth meat in abundance.
32 તેઓ પોતાના હાથથી વીજળીને પકડે છે અને જ્યાં તેને પાડવી હોય ત્યાં પડવાની આજ્ઞા કરે છે.
With clouds he covereth the light; and commandeth it not to shine by the cloud that cometh betwixt.
33 ગર્જના ચેતવણી આપે છે કે તોફાન નજીક આવી રહ્યું છે. તે દ્વારા પણ સમાચાર પહોંચાડે છે કે તોફાન નજીક આવી રહ્યું છે.”
The noise thereof sheweth concerning it, the cattle also concerning the vapour.
