ମାତ୍ର ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଲୋକମାନେ ଶୁଷ୍କ ଭୂମିରେ ଗମନ କଲେ। ସମୁଦ୍ରର ଜଳ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ବାମ ଓ ଡାହାଣ ପାଶର୍ବ ରେ କାନ୍ଥପରି ଛିଡା ହାଇେ ରହିଲା।

ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଯେ ଏହି ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳ ବିସ୍ତାର କରି ଅଛନ୍ତି, ପୃଥିବୀର ଭିତ୍ତିମୂଳ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ନିର୍ମାଣକର୍ତ୍ତା, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଭୁଲିଅଛ। ତେଣୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଦିନୟାକ ନିରନ୍ତର ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଭୟ କରୁଛ ଯେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବିନାଶ କରିବାକୁ ଉଦ୍ଯତ ହାଇେ କୋପ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ମାତ୍ର ସହେି ଉପଦ୍ରବକାରୀ ଏବେ କାହାଁନ୍ତି ଓ ତାଙ୍କର କୋପ କାହିଁ ?
ଯିଶାଇୟ 51:10
ଯେ ସମୁଦ୍ରକୁ ଓ ଗଭୀରତମ ବାରିଧିର ଜଳରାଶିକୁ ଶୁଷ୍କ କଲେ, ଯେ ମୁକ୍ତିପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ପାର ହବୋ ପାଇଁ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ଗଭୀରତମ ସ୍ଥାନ ପଥ କଲେ, ସହେି ପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନୁହଁ କି ?
ଯିଶାଇୟ 43:2
ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେତବେେଳେ ଦୁଃଖ ରେ ପଡ଼ିବ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସହବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ହବେୁ। ଜଳ ମଧିଅରେ ଗମନ କଲା ବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସଙ୍ଗୀ ହବେୁ। ଫଳ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜଳ ରେ ମଗ୍ନ ହବେ ନାହିଁ। ଅଗ୍ନି ରେ ଗମନ କଲା ବେଳେ ଦଗ୍ଧିଭୂତ ହବେ ନାହିଁ ଓ ଅଗ୍ନିଶିଖା ତୁମ୍ଭର କ୍ଷତି କରିବ ନାହିଁ।

ସେ ମଷେପାଳକ ପରି ତାଙ୍କର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ନତେୃତ୍ବ ନଲେେ। ସେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ମଷେତୁଲ୍ଯ ମରୁଭୂମି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପଥ କଢ଼ାଇ ନଲେେ।

ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ସମୁଦ୍ରରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପାଦରେ ଚାଲି ପାର କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପାଦ ଚିହ୍ନ ଦଖାଗେଲା ନାହିଁ।

ପରମେଶ୍ବର ପର୍ୟ୍ଯାଯକ୍ରମେ ସମୁଦ୍ରକୁ ଶୁଖାଇ ଥିଲେ। ତାଙ୍କର ଲୋକ ନଦୀକୁ ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରି ଚାଲିଲେ।

ଆୟୁବ, କିଏ ସମୁଦ୍ରକୁ ବନ୍ଦ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଫାଟକ ବନ୍ଦ କଲା, ଯେତବେେଳେ ଏହା ଗଭୀର ଭାବରେ ପୃଥିବୀ ରେ ପ୍ରବାହିତ ହେଲା ?

ତା'ପରେ ଉପରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ବହକ୍ସ୍ଟଥିବା ଜଳ ପ୍ରବାହ ହଠାତ୍ ସର୍ତ୍ତନ ସହର ନିକଟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଆଦମ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ବନ୍ଦ ହାଇଗେଲା ଓ ଗୋଟିଏ ରାଶି ରେ ପରିଣତ ହାଇେ ସ୍ଥଗିତ ହେଲା। ଏବଂ ମୃତ ସମକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ରକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଯାଉଥିବା ନିମ୍ନଗାମୀ ଜଳ ସୋର୍ତ ବନ୍ଦ ହାଇଗେଲା। ଇତ୍ଯବସ ରେ ଲୋକମାନେ ଯିରୀହାେ ନିକଟରେ ୟର୍ଦ୍ଦନ ନଦୀ ପାର ହେଲେ।
