Ecclesiastes 1:9
ଯାହା ହାଇେଅଛି, ତାହାହିଁ ହବେ ଓ ଯାହା କରାୟାଇ ଅଛି, ତାହା ହିଁ କରାୟିବ। ସୂର୍ୟ୍ଯ ତଳେ କୌଣସି ବିଷଯ ନୂତନ ନୁହେଁ।

ଏହାପରେ ମୁଁ ଗୋଟିଏ ନୂତନ ସ୍ବର୍ଗ ଓ ନୂତନ ପୃଥିବୀ ଦେଖିଲି। ପ୍ରଥମ ସ୍ବର୍ଗ ଓ ପ୍ରଥମ ପୃଥିବୀ ଅଦୃଶ୍ଯ ହାଇେ ଯାଇଥିଲା। ସଠାେରେ ଆଉ ସମୁଦ୍ର ନ ଥିଲା।
ଉପଦେଶକ 2:12
ରାଜା ଯାହା କରିପାରିବ ଅନ୍ୟ କହେି ଏପରି କରିପାରିବ ନାହିଁ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯାହା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଚାହୁଁଛ ବହୁତ ରାଜା ତାହା କରିସାରିଛନ୍ତି। ତା'ପ ରେ ମୁଁ ଆଉଥରେ ଜ୍ଞାନ, ପାଗଳାମି ଓ ଅଜ୍ଞାନତା ବିଷଯ ରେ ଭାବିବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲି।
ଉପଦେଶକ 6:10
ଯାହା ହେଉଛି ତାହା ଆଗରୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ହାଇେଅଛି। ଏବଂ ଯେଉଁ ପଥରେ ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ସମାଜ ଚାଲେ ତାହା ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଜାଣନ୍ତି। ଆଉ ୟିଏ ସମାନଙ୍କେଠାରୁ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ତାଙ୍କ ସହିତ ୟୁକ୍ତି କରି ସମାନେେ କବେେ ଜିତି ପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ।
ଉପଦେଶକ 7:10
ପଚାର ନାହିଁ, କାହିଁକି ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନଠାରୁ 'ଅତୀତ' ଭଲ ଥିଲା? ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ହାଇେଥିବ ଏହା ପଚାରିବ ନାହିଁ।

କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ନୂତନ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିବୁ। ଏବେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅଙ୍କୁରିତ ହବେ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏହା ସତ୍ଯ ବୋଲି ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଜାଣିବ। ଆଉ ମଧ୍ଯ ଆମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ମଧିଅରେ ପଥ ଓ ମରୁଭୂମିରେ ନଦନଦୀ କରିବା।

ଅତୀତକାଳ ରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ମିଥ୍ଯା ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦ୍ ବକ୍ତା ଥିଲେ। ଏବେ ମଧ୍ଯ ସହଭେଳି ଅଛନ୍ତି। ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦଳ ରେ କେତେ ଜଣ ଭଣ୍ଡ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ରହିବେ। ସମାନେେ ଏପରି ଭୁଲ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦବେେ ଯେ, ଲୋକେ ନିଜକୁ ହଜାଇ ଦବେେ। ସମାନେେ ଏଭଳି ଭାବରେ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦବେେ ଯେ ସମାନେେ ଯେ ଭୁଲ କରୁଛନ୍ତି, ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣିବା କଠିନ ହବେ। ସମାନେେ ମୁକ୍ତିଦାତା ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବାକୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ମନା କରିବେ। ସେପ୍ରକା ରେ ସମାନେେ ନିଜକୁ ଶୀଘ୍ର ନଷ୍ଟ କରି ଦବେେ।

ସିଂହାସନ ଉପରେ ୟିଏ ବସିଥିଲେ, ସେ କହିଲେ, ମୁଁ ସମସ୍ତ ବିଷୟ ନୂତନ କରୁଅଛି। ତା'ପରେ ସେ କହିଲେ, ଏହା ଲେଖି ରଖ, କାରଣ ଏହି କଥାସବୁ ବିଶ୍ବାସ ଯୋଗ୍ଯ ଓ ସତ୍ଯ।
