Deuteronomy 26:18
ଏବଂ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆଜି ତାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟସା ରେ ଘାଷେଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାଙ୍କର ସଞ୍ଚିତ ଜାତି ହବେ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ସମସ୍ତ ଆଜ୍ଞା ମାନିବା ଉଚିତ୍।

ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ତାଙ୍କର ପବିତ୍ର ଲୋକ ଭାବେ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରିବେ, ଠିକ୍ ଯେପରି ସେ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ଠିକ୍ ସହେିପରି କରିବେ କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ତାଙ୍କର ଆଦେଶ ମାନ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ପଥରେ ଗ୍ଭଲ।

ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ମାରେ ଲୋକ ହବେ। ଏବଂ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ହବେି। ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଅଟେ। ଏବଂ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣିବ ଯେ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ମିଶରୀଯମାନଙ୍କ ଦାଉରୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବି।

ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତାହାକୁ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆଦେଶ ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଗୁପ୍ତ ସତ୍ଯ ଏବେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଓ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଜ୍ଞାତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦ୍ବକ୍ତାମାନଙ୍କର ଲଖାେ ଦ୍ବାରା ତାହା ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ହେଲା। ଏହା ଦ୍ବାରା ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବିଶ୍ବାସ ଓ ଆଜ୍ଞାକାରିତା ବଢି ପାରିବ।

ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉପ ରେ ଶୁଚି ଜଳ ଛିଞ୍ଚିବି ଓ ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ପବିତ୍ର ହବେ। ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସବୁ ଅ େଶୗଚରୁ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସକଳ ପ୍ରତିମାଗଣଠାରୁ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶୁଚି କରିବି।
ଯିରିମିୟ 31:32
ଏହି ନିଯମ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷଗଣଙ୍କ ସହ ହାଇେଥିବା ନିଯମ ପରି ହବେ ନାହିଁ। ସେତବେେଳେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ହସ୍ତ ଧରି ମିଶର ଦେଶରୁ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିବା ବେଳେ ସେ ନିଯମ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଥିଲୁ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହିଥିଲେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ସ୍ବାମୀ ହେଲେ ହେଁ ସମାନେେ ଆମ୍ଭର ସହେି ନିଯମ ଲଙ୍ଘନ କଲେ।
ଗୀତସଂହିତା 119:6
ୟଦି ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଆଜ୍ଞା ସକଳ ପ୍ରତି ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ରଖିବି, ତବେେ ମୁଁ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହବେି ନାହିଁ।

ତେଣୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ମାରେ ଆଜ୍ଞା ମାନିବା ପାଇଁ କୁହ। ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ମାରେ ନିଯମ ପାଳନ କରିବାକୁ ଦିଅ। ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏପରି କର, ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ମାରେ ଆପଣାର ରତ୍ନଭଣ୍ଡାର ହାଇେ ରହିବ ଯେ ହତେୁ ସମଗ୍ର ପୃଥିବୀ ମାରେ।
