ଆମୋଷ 4:7 - ଓଡିଆ ବାଇବେଲ

ଆମୋଷ 4:7
ଆମ୍ଭେ ଶସ୍ଯ ଅମଳର ତିନିମାସ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ବର୍ଷା ବନ୍ଦ କଲୁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ଗୋଟିଏ ନଗର ରେ ବର୍ଷା କରାଇଲୁ କିନ୍ତୁ ଅନ୍ୟ ଏକ ନଗର ରେ ବର୍ଷା ହେଲା ନାହିଁ। ଦେଶର ଗୋଟିଏ ଅଂଶ ରେ ଓଦା ହେଉଥିଲା ବେଳେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଅଂଶ ଶୁଷ୍କ ରହିଥିଲା।

1 Praise ye the Lord. Praise, O ye servants of the Lord, praise the name of the Lord.

2 Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and for evermore.

3 From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord’s name is to be praised.

4 The Lord is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.

5 Who is like unto the Lord our God, who dwelleth on high,

6 Who humbleth himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth!

7 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill;

8 That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.

9 He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the Lord.

And also	וְגַ֣ם	wĕgam	veh-ɡAHM
I	אָנֹכִי֩	ʾānōkiy	ah-noh-HEE
have withholden	מָנַ֨עְתִּי	mānaʿtî	ma-NA-tee
	מִכֶּ֜ם	mikkem	mee-KEM
the rain	אֶת	ʾet	et
from	הַגֶּ֗שֶׁם	haggešem	ha-ɡEH-shem
yet were there when you,	בְּע֨וֹד	bĕʿôd	beh-ODE
three	שְׁלֹשָׁ֤ה	šĕlōšâ	sheh-loh-SHA
months	חֳדָשִׁים֙	ḥŏdāšîm	hoh-da-SHEEM
harvest: the to	לַקָּצִ֔יר	laqqāṣîr	la-ka-TSEER
rain to it caused I and	וְהִמְטַרְתִּי֙	wĕhimṭartiy	veh-heem-tahr-TEE
upon	עַל	ʿal	al
one	עִ֣יר	ʿîr	eer
city,	אֶחָ֔ת	ʾeḥāt	eh-HAHT
rain to not it caused and	וְעַל	wĕʿal	veh-AL
	עִ֥יר	ʿîr	eer
upon	אַחַ֖ת	ʾaḥat	ah-HAHT
another	לֹ֣א	lōʾ	loh
city:	אַמְטִ֑יר	ʾamṭîr	am-TEER
one	חֶלְקָ֤ה	ḥelqâ	hel-KA
piece	אַחַת֙	ʾaḥat	ah-HAHT
was rained upon,	תִּמָּטֵ֔ר	timmāṭēr	tee-ma-TARE
and the piece	וְחֶלְקָ֛ה	wĕḥelqâ	veh-hel-KA
whereupon	אֲשֶֽׁר	ʾăšer	uh-SHER
	לֹֽא	lōʾ	loh
it rained	תַמְטִ֥יר	tamṭîr	tahm-TEER
not	עָלֶ֖יהָ	ʿālêhā	ah-LAY-ha
withered.	תִּיבָֽשׁ׃	tîbāš	tee-VAHSH
