ଏହା ଦ୍ବାରା ଯେ କବଳେ ଜାହାଜ ଓ ଜିନିଷପତ୍ରର କ୍ଷତି ଘଟିବ ତାହା ନୁହେଁ, ହୁଏତ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଜୀବନ ମଧ୍ଯ ଚ଼ାଲିଯାଇପା ରେ।

ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ବଞ୍ଚିବା ପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର କିଛି ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଖାଇବା ନିହାତି ଆବଶ୍ଯକ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ କାହାରି ମୁଣ୍ଡର ଗୋଟିଏ ବାଳ ମଧ୍ଯ, ନଷ୍ଟ ହବେନାହିଁ।

ଆମ୍ଭେ ବହୁତ ଦିନ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ସୁର୍ୟ୍ଯ କି ତାରା କିଛି ଦେଖି ପାରିଲୁ ନାହିଁ। ପ୍ରଚ଼ଣ୍ଡ ଝଡ଼ ବତାସର ବଗେ କମିଲା ନାହିଁ। ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଜୀବନ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବାର ସମସ୍ତ ଆଶା ରହଇେ ବସିଲୁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ଭାବିଲୁ, ଆମ୍ଭର ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ଘଟିବ। ଅନକେ ଦିନ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ କହେି କିଛି ଖାଇ ନଥିଲୁ।
