ପାଉଲ ଓ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣବ୍ବା ସଠାେରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବା ପରେ ମଣ୍ଡଳୀକୁ ଏକାଠି କଲେ। ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସମାନଙ୍କେ ସହିତ ଯାହା କିଛି କରିଥିଲେ ତାହା ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ କହିଲେ ଓ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଅନ୍ୟ ଜାତୀୟ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ କିପରି ବିଶ୍ବାସର ରାସ୍ତା ଖାଲିେଲେ, ତାହା ସମାନେେ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କଲେ।
