ଯିହାୟୋକୀମ୍ର ରାଜତ୍ବ କାଳ ରେ, ବାବିଲର ରାଜା ନବୂଖଦ୍ନିତ୍ସର ୟିହୂଦା ଓ ଯିହାୟୋକୀମ୍କୁ ତିନି ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ଆକ୍ରମଣ କଲେ। ତା'ପରେ ସେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଅମାନ୍ଯ କରି ତାଙ୍କର ବିଦ୍ରୋହୀ ହେଲ।
